Ok so being the impatient person I am I couldn't wait for ten votes to trickle in. And boy do they trickle in slowly. :( It is rather sad to not see as many intrested fans anymore! But I vow to continue for all of you who still care :) So I would love if you would make novels of your comments sharing each and everything you think throughout this chapter. Please excuse my grammer, because apparently it bugs some people, I'll fix it some other time. Or if you want it fixed now I suppose I could take even longer updateing. Sounds wonderful doesnt it? Well I'm also going to break so bad news to you while I have your attention. I'm going on vacation soon to a remote villiage in Africa. (Ok so maybe not) But I still will be without internet access for a whole week. A whole week without me, can you bear it? I should really quit talking now shouldn't I? Vote Comment the whole shbang.

Kali’s POV

“Kali, Kali, where for art though Kali? Deny they mother and refuse thy grounding,” Chase called through my door.

I laughed and climbed out of bed. Chase and Kendal stood leaning against the doorway.

“We’re breaking you out,” He said. I could see Mom in the kitchen. She rolled her eyes at us.

“Well then let’s go!” I shouted. I ran back into the room and quickly changed.

“We’re going to the pond,” Chase called. I grabbed my bikini and shoved it in a bag along with my beach towel. I hooked my arm through Chase’s and we made our not so subtly sneaky exit.

Kendal stole the front seat. I climbed over the tire of the Jeep and hopped into the back. Chase slid into the driver’s seat. I shoved my bag down by my feet so it wouldn’t blow away. Chase turned on the car and the radio blared to life. We pulled out of the driveway, off to enjoy our day.

 Jack’s POV

I knew I was going to get stuck with babysitting duty as soon as Dad came down the stairs.

“Please Jack,” He begged.

“Where are you two going?” I asked.

“Just a day away,” He shrugged. “Please Jack,”

“Alright,” I said. I envied Kali and Kendal being able to have fun today. I didn’t argue because of the look Mom was giving Dad. She looked sad and suspicious. Whatever reason brought this one I wasn’t going to interfere.

Kali’s POV

The pond stretched out in front of us as we pulled up to the dock. I smiled at the field surrounding it. I remembered the times our parents would bring us here and we would run around in the grass.

I changed into my bikini behind the giant bush we used as a changing area. I heard two big splashes.

“Come out and play, Kali Cat,” Kendal and Chase sang. I stepped out from behind the bush and stood on the pier staring down at them.

“I don’t want to you guys are weird,” I sat down and tilted my head back to let the sun warm my skin. Two shadows covered the sun. I opened an eye and stared up at Chase and Kendal as they looked down at me.

“Go away, you’re blocking my sun.” I told them. Chase positioned his head over mine so that his wet hair dripped on my face.

“Chaseeeeeee,” I whined.

Chase grabbed one arm and leg and Kendal grabbed the other. They swung me into the pond.

I bobbed to the surface screaming at them. My voice caught in my throat as I saw someone appear out of the trees, Sam. Kendal followed my gaze. His body went tense and in a second he had Sam slammed against the ground, one knee resting on his chest.
