Diana's (P.O.V):

It had been an hour and we both were sitting silently, doing our homework in the living room. It was pretty surprising that he hasn't annoyed me once.

"Hey Diana!" Aiden said. Ah! Spoke way too soon!

"Yea?" I replied, not looking up.

"Can you do my English essay?" He asked. I looked at him like he has gone crazy.

"Why would I do it?"

"Because I want you too!"

"And who do you think you are?" I raised my brow.

"Aiden Black!" He replied, smirking. Oh how I wish I could remove that stupid smirk of his face.

"Oh! And that means I am gonna do your work?!"

"Yea! Why not?!"

"Keep dreaming Black!" I snapped at him.

"You have to do it Evan!"

"Oh so we are on last name basis!"

"You started it!" He argued.

"Just shut up and do your work quietly!" I rolled my eyes.

"I can't understand!" He whined.

"So? What should I do?"

"Give me some ideas atleast!"

"Okay I will give you an idea!" I replied. His eyes lit up and he grinned at me. "Use your mind!" I smirked. His face fell. He glared at me.

"Now stop annoying me and do your work!" I told him.

"On one condition!" He said.

"What?"

"Make me coffee!"

"Make it yourself!"

"Ah! This isn't how we treat our guests now do we?" He smirked.

"Ugh fine! But then annoy me once and I will throw you out!" I glared at him.

"Deal!" He smirked. I stood up and made two cups of coffee. While it was in the process, I thought about how its easy to talk to Aiden although we are not friends and he always annoys me but I am able to come up with a reply. I made a friend Kelly. Would my dad be proud now?

I filled two cups with coffee and went out. I handed him one cup and settled down with my English literature work.

"Thanks!" He said.As he took a sip his eyes widened.

"What is it? Is it not good?" I asked nervously.

"Its so yummy! I am hiring you!"

"And what if I reject the offer?" I smirked.

"You wouldn't!" He narrowed his eyes at me. "I am gonna pay you!"

"I don't need money!"

"You can save it!"

"Good idea! But sorry Mr Black I can't take your offer!"

"I never offered you!" He smirked. "I am demanding!"

"What makes you think I am gonna obey you!"

"I am Aiden Black!"

"Yea whatever! Now be quiet!" I said.

"What makes you think I am gonna obey you Di?" He smirks. I stiffened at the name Di. No one is allowed to call me that.

"Don't call me Di!" I snapped at him. "And I made you coffee on the deal that you will stay quiet!"

"Why can't I call you Di!" He challenged.

"Because I told you to!" I gritted.

"But what if..."

"Aiden please leave!" I said stiffly, tears threatening to spill. He looked at me with shocked eyes. But then collected his stuff and got up.

"Bye Di!" He said and walked out. I closed my eyes and let the tears spill out freely.
