A Step Closer

I pant as I stood aside watching as Kakashi and Naruto did their combo attacking. Naruto did some weird spiral jutsu that was red and he managed to hit Itachi! 

Itachi flew back from the impact of the jutsu crashing into something. All was left was a large cloud of smoke. I gasp sharply as my heart leaped, scared and worried. Did Itachi?.. 

Soon we quickly went to the scene where Itachi had landed. "W-what?.." were the only words to escape my mouth as we stare at the "suppose to be" Itachi. "I had a strange feeling during the fight, but.." Kakashi trailed off. 

"what is this?" Naruto asked as he frowned deeply at the corpse. "their jutsu or something, right?" sakura asked. Everyone was in the mist of confusion.. "He's..." Chiyo sama trailed off. We all look at her in question. "Do you know this person?" Kakashi asked.

"Yeah.. He's Yuura.. A jonin from our village..." Chiyo answers. Our eyes widen in shock. My eyes then travel to Yuura. 'Then.. Is he one of the superiors that were missing as Baki said?'   

"what's the meaning of this?" Kakashi asked. "I don't know either" Chiyo says, shrugging, shocked her self. "Only, this fellow's been missing almost since Gaara was taken away" Chiyo says. "Perhaps he was a spy?" Sakura questions. "Impossible, He's been working as a superior for four years after all.." Chiyo informs..                                                                                                                                                 

"No... I don't think that's it Sakura.." I trailed off. "Huh? what do you mean?" She asked. I began to speak, causing me to be the center of the attention. "As we know they took Gaara, right? Chiyo sama explain how Bijuu were extracted from their Jinchuriki, it takes valuable and considerate time to extract the bijuu. I'm also aware that Akatsuki knows we're up on them.. They were just decoys to buy them more time for extracting the bijuu" I explain.

"Exactly, you're quite a smart Kunoichi, young one" chiyo said in a raspy voice as she began to take out an ink and pen writing into a scroll. "They would use a jutsu on this level to slow us down.. There's no mistake. They've already started tearing out the Bijuu!" Chiyo frowned as she wrote more into the scroll.

This caused Sakura and Naruto to gasp. Kakashi nodded. "we have no time. We need to rescue Gaara-kun quickly" Kakashi spoke.

"Um.." Sakura raises her hand. "What exactly is tearing out a Bijuu means?" Sakura asked. "Most likely those guys are intending to create a new Jinchuriki using the Ichibi, Shukaku." Chiyo says.

"Jinchuriki?" Sakura asked. I mentally face palm myself for Sakura's.. Dullness right about now. "I explained it, didn't I? the bujuu hold a power that surpasses human knowledge. And each nation tried to use them for military purposes. A Jinchuriki is, so to speak, the person that controls that power" Chiyo explained.

"But, earlier.. You said there was no one who could control the power... then how?.." Sakura trailed off. "That's the theory, at least.. However, people tried to control that power once. By sealing the bijuu into a person. By doing so, they surpassed the Bijuu's overwhelming power" Chiyo explained.

I sighed quietly. Great.. Just great another historical adventure story. As we were wasting time as usual I decided to go into my own little world. I brought it.. The note i'll give to Hidan. If there's a possibility that he's here.. This note will tell him everything!

But then again.. He maybe couldn't be here.. Gladly I didn't give this to the guy I thought was Itachi.. I would've been doomed. Maybe i'll just give it to the next Akatsuki member I see? Hopefully they can deliver this to Hidan...
