I stood there, holding the small phone in my hand, I can't quite explain the feeling I feel. I rushed out the door, my keys in my hands. Leaving my home door open, not thinking, I rushed into the car and sped down the street and to the hospital.
When got there I immediately pushed past everyone to Eren's room not listening to the people telling me I couldn't go there.
I jerked the door open to see him laying there, just him in the tiny hospital room.
A huge bouquet of flower on a table, with a small label reading just six simple words, "Levi, I fixed him, for now."
I rushed over to him, throwing my arms around his shoulders, but I didn't shed a single tear, and I didn't smile.
I was distanced out. Staring at the wall behind Eren's head.
I stepped back and shook my head. I looked at Eren, "You okay my sunshine?"
"Yeah Levi, why do you ask? Why am I here? Why do I hurt?"
"Shhhh, It's okay Eren, you're okay........"
Barely escaping my mouth--"for now......"
