I am so sorry it's been a while since I last updated, school stuff has just swooped in and taken over at the moment! So here it is, another update. Let me know what you think! - Emily💖

"Maybe we got lost in translation
Maybe I asked for too much
But maybe this thing was a masterpiece
'Till you tore it all up"

"We need to decide." Felicity said, propping her glasses onto her bare face, laying across Oliver's naked chest. "I know." Oliver said. He paused before continuing on. "Felicity, I've read your fathers file. He has done some very horrific things. And at the end of the day, A.R.G.U.S were just trying to stop the bad, however they did it wasn't the issue. It's like... Who's that superhero? Batman. He's a good example. He is a good guy, but the way he does things... It's not a good way of doing it. He is dangerous, a vigilante - but he still gets the job done."

"Are you suggesting we go to Gotham to sort out our problems?" Felicity teased. Oliver raised his eyebrows.
"I'm pretty sure the Justice League have bigger problems. Anyway, my point is that A.R.G.U.S are supposedly the good guys. How ever much it pains me to say it."

Felicity frowned. "I can't believe after what they did to you that you would say that." Oliver looked at her, his bright blue eyes probing into her.
"They were restraining me. At least torture wasn't involved. I don't count being without you." Felicity felt her face heat at his sentimental words.
"My father left me a long time ago, left my mother. His organisation, everything they stand for is wrong. The truth is I've been trying to bring down A.R.G.U.S because I thought it was right, and I thought they killed my mother. But now, I know better. And I can't let this world be brought down by H.I.V.E. Because I know what Intel you need, Oliver. And I've decided what to do."

"Felicity. Whatever you have decided, or decide. I choose you. Every single time." Oliver said, kissing her and pulling her body towards him. She grinned, responding in kind.

Amanda was sat on the stone balcony, taking in the city she knew as her home for the last time, slowly breathing in and out the cold wintery air, her heart heaving erratically.

"Mum, I can't stay here." Amanda said, tears streaming down her face. "Everything reminds me of my beautiful children and my wonderful husband and then all I see is their dead bodies lying in front of me. I can't. I need to leave." She said, rushing out of her childhood home and leaving everything she knew behind.

There was too much pain for her here, too much misery. She had to leave, to start afresh.

Chicago just couldn't be the bright city she needed it to be anymore.

Hopefully her new job within government would help her find her path. And set her onto greater things.

Her family had been murdered by the hands of a killer with a knife. And she wouldn't let anyone else lose their families again. Not if she could help it.

Present Day

Carrie sat in the bedroom of the foreign  apartment, her frame shaking as Donna came back into the room. "What's happening?" She asked, her eyes stripped of her usual allure and craziness. Donna looked at her uncomfortably. "We all need to decide who's side we are on. There's a storm coming, and we need to be on right side. You will need to choose, along with the rest of us." Carrie sat up, her red hair sticking up at the ends. "I don't need to choose any side. I just want to go home. To my family. That's all."

"Where is home?" Donna asked patiently.

"Starling City." Carrie replied, sighing. "It's a long way from here, that's for sure." She added.

"Well, if Felicity chooses right, you'll be home soon enough." Donna said, gazing out of the window. Donna looked at her confused. Donna didn't elaborate. A knock on the door jumped her out of her thoughts, and hoisting her gun she headed towards the door. She opened it quickly, holding the gun up. She put the gun down almost as quickly as she put it up. "Nyssa." She exclaimed, pleased to see her. She smiled, dressed in all black, not her usual league armour. "Donna. You got my purple paper, yes?" Donna nodded, excitement rising.
"You know what it means. It means it's time. I will stand with you against Darhk. Whatever the cost." Donna nodded, tears welling up at the arrival of her friend. "Good. Come in, you can meet everyone. Including my daughter." Nyssa nodded, smiling warmly.
"I'd like that."
