Skulduggery sat in the dull room waiting for someone to let him free. He had tried to get out but the room was magic bound and he couldn't pick the lock because he didn't have anything to pick it with and he couldn't just open the door because it was locked and he couldn't call any- hold on. Skulduggery reached into his pocket and grabbed his phone "Ah." he said and called Emma "Hey dad!" she answered and Skulduggery chuckled "He didn't take your phone?"
"Nope! He just threw me in a cell."
"Are you ok?"
"Yeah I'm fine! A few bruises, that's all."
"That's good. Do you know where you are?"
"No...can you track my phone?"
"...Not a bad idea! Listen, ill be there soon ok?"
"Ok."
"Now if anyone comes, do not trust them!"
"But what about Ivy?"
"What?" how did Emma know about her "How do you know about her?"
"She is my friend."
"Emma she is a very bad person."
"But she says she will help me"
"She wont! Do not trust her."
"...Ok."
"Do you promise?"
"...I promise dad."
"Good girl. Ill see you soon."
"Bye dad!"
"Bye Emma." he hung up and put his phone back in his pocket "Now...how do I get out of here." little did Skulduggery know that Emma had already run away with Ivy.
