Have Hope

Remembering

Hope's POV:

We all stood in the room. Y/N still had her eyes closed.

"Y/N?" The doctor said. "Can you open your eyes for us?"

She nodded. "Can you turn the lights off? It's bright as fuck in here."

I laughed and shook my head. Of course her first words would include swears. 

"We can but you'll have to adjust eventually." He said nodding to the nurse. She shut the lights and Y/N sighed.

"It's like I have a terrible hangover." She said opening her eyes. "Can I have some water?"

I walked over and got the cup of water and held the straw to her mouth.

"Here." I whispered.

She looked up at me and smiled. "Hope." She said. 

After she drank she continued to look at me. "Where's Kelley?" She asked.

"She's here." I nodded.

"Okay. But where?" She looked at my teammates. 

Just then the door opened and Kelley was rolled in. "Y/N!" She yelled.

"Hey Kel." Y/N said quietly. "Where were you?"

"I got stabbed." Kelley said like it was no big deal.

"Stabbed?" Y/N said. "By who?"

Everyone looked away.

"They have suspects." I said to her. 

"Who?" She asked. "Who's behind all this?"

"Your mom." I said to her. 

She stared at the wall.

The cop walked in. "The description Ms. Leroux-Dwyer gave us did not match Mr. Stevens or Mr. Fraser." He explained.

"Fraser?" Y/N asked. "As in Bradley Fraser?"

The cop nodded. "You know him?"

She nodded. "When I was in the foster home before Hope um he was like the bad boy around I guess. Every girl wanted him. He only wanted me." She coughed. "He was in a gang I guess. I was having trouble with the family and would always sneak out and go to him." 

"Why would he want to hurt you?"

"Cause of the baby."

"What baby?" I asked her. She looked up at me with tears in her eyes. "Y/N what baby?"

WOW WHAT BABY!?!? WHAT IS HAPPENING!?!?! I DON'T KNOW!!!!!!
