"Ow," you belly flopped onto the mat.

"You okay?" Isaac helped you to your feet.

"Let's try again," you said.

You and Isaac stood about two feet apart, and he punched you square in the face. You stumbled backwards. "Again," you said.

"[Y/N], I really don't like this," Isaac replied.

"Would you rather punch me in the face now or watch me die later?" You asked, putting yourself in ready position.

"Neither," Isaac sighed, and threw his fist at you again. You almost dodged it, and it clipped the side of your face.

"Okay," you said as blood dripped out of your mouth. "Again."

"No way," Isaac grabbed your arm and pulled you over to the couch.

"Isaac, I'm fine," you assured him, but he ignored you. He stood up and left the room, returning with a cloth, which he dabbed on your face.

"How about we take a break?" Isaac suggested. "You shouldn't have to be doing this anyways."

"If I didn't prepare to be attacked-"

"That's not what I mean," Isaac said. "You're human. You shouldn't be involved in any of this."

"Isaac, I'm your girlfriend," you said. "I am involved in this."

"I just don't want to see you to get hurt," Isaac laid back into the couch.

His body flat, you moved to hover over him. "Then don't watch," you said, and kissed him on the lips.

"Gross," he pulled back and smiled. "You still have blood on your face."

"Oh," you laughed. "You do too now."

"Come on," Isaac got off the couch. "We don't need to train anymore today."

"Where are we going?" You asked.

"On a real date," he said, taking your hand and leading you out of the door.
