"Joy, we have been here for almost three hours, my feet are killing me, I'm hungry, and tired. If we don't leave soon I'm going to....." Blah blah blah.He kept running his mouth and speaking many ideas on how to kill me.
I finally cut in, "Elliot, can you shut the hell up, you sound that hormonal teenage girl who hasn't had their coffee in the morning!"
That had Henry laughing and Elliot glaring at the back of my head.
We were walking through a mall I never knew existed and trying to figure out what present to get Sam. Henry and Elliot already got their presents which was a pair of shoes from Elliot and a scrapbook from Henry. I knew we have been going through this place like forever but I still couldn't figure out what to get.
After a few more minutes of traveling, I heard their voices and my name coming out their mouths. I turned around to glare at the both idiots, "What are you guys talking about?"
Henry's face turned red as Elliot just snickered.
Elliot was about to say something but Henry cut him off, "Nothing." I sent him another glare. "I promise it's nothing." He gave a me a quick peck on my cheek as Elliot made a gagging noise.
He went over to the food court after Henry shooed him away. Then left us two alone, "Then there were two." I said.
He wiggled his eyebrows as I just rolled my eyes and playfully shoved him to the side.
Then, he put his right arm over my shoulders and pulled me in closer.
"You know," he started, "we never gotten out on a date before."
I thought about it for a moment. Come to think of it, he never asked. And I don't even know what we are. "Well, there goes a problem that needs to be fixed." I stated looking up at him.
He smirked and stopped walking, "Miss Joy Wright, would you like to accompany me to a date tomorrow night?"
"Mm, nah."
His face fell which made me giggle.
Wait. Did I just...
"Did you just giggle?" He laughed. I blushed as he pulled me close to his chest. "And are you blushing?"
Oh my...why is this guy doing to me?
I covered my face with my hands and groaned.
"Hey," he lifted my chin and murmured in my ear, "come with me on that date."
I smiled as it sent shivers down my spine, "Okay."
We walked some more, talking about some mindless things. It felt good talking to him or even hearing his voice. And that beautiful laugh, it could just makes my heart melt.
Then out of nowhere, I heard a loud scream that took my attention. I looked over to the side to see a mother and a daughter in front of a store. The mother looked like she's about to give up while her daughter made things much worse for her. Of course, I couldn't help myself but go over there and help.
"Um excuse me?" I tapped the woman's shoulder, "Are you okay?"
She hesitatingly shook her head before saying, "My daughter here, won't stop her little tantrum-"
"Because I wanted that new doll!" She screamed. I looked down to see the little girl who looked 6 or 7 years old, with short blonde hair with a bright, pink headband on. She wears a light pink long sleeved shirt and blue jeans, with pink shoes.
I went down to her height, "So you want a doll?"
"It's not just any doll. My friends said it will make you happy and I want to be happy." She pouted.
