"What you doing here?" Kae asked walking into my room at dad's house. "You ain't go to work?"

"Mhmm, but bitch I left early and decided to come work on some unfinished pieces." I said pointing to the fabric.

"Oh gosh, what happened at work?" She asked.

"I had this one little young hoe who wasn't with nothing I was picking for her. I'm like then what did you hire a stylist for?" I told her rolling my eyes.

"Then I had this one gay boy, after one store I passed him on to my coworker Keith because I could not with his mouth. I love my gay dudes, but him nope."

"So today was shitty basically." Kae said laying on the floor next to where I sat.

"Shitty as hell." I said looking through the pictures I just took.

"Thirst trappin, huh?" Kae asked.

"No. See now I can't put it on IG because if you think that I know Michael is gonna talk shit." I said.

"Why our men gotta be so extra?" Kae asked.

"Possessive asses." I said showing Kae the picture. "Yes or no?"

 "Yes or no?"

"Yes."

"You gotta meet my white girl April." I said as I texted April back.

"Y'all call her white girl tho, really?"

"Keith does, girl you gotta hear him. He be like, this my white girl and ain't nobody gonna fuck with her." I laughed. "I gotta introduce you to him too."

"If you would have invited me when y'all went out for drinks the other day. All over snapchat without me." Kae said.

"You were in class."

"Oh, well you better have a good excuse bitch." Kae said.

"Bitch, get out my room."

"That's fine, I gotta go have sex with my man anyways." She said getting up.

"Dad!!" I yelled.

"What!?" He yelled back.

"Kaelyn said she's going to-" I laughed when she screamed cutting me off.

"Fuckin bitch, I'm grown." Kae snapped in a whisper before slamming my room door.

"She just crazy, dad." I heard Kae say from the hallway making me laugh.

"So no heels?" I ask Aubree over the phone.

My boo graduates in just a couple weeks and she's letting me pick her whole outfit. I already got her graduation dress, now I'm just trying to choose shoes.

"I mean would it be that bad for me to wear some cute sandals?" Aubree asked.

"I guess not." I said with a sigh. "As long as I can get you in something other than sneakers."
