The Demon's Slave (BTS Jimin)

Chapter 8

Nara POV
"Yoongi, are you okay?!" Jin worriedly asked.

"It should be fine.. But there's something in that steak.." Suga said.

(A/N: Because I'm lazy I might sometimes type their stage names.)

I carefully inspected the steak. Now that I think about it, something did seem oddly weird.

Jungkook was eyeing the steak awfully suspiciously.

"I think.." He started, "there is vampire blood in the steak."

"What?" Everyone exclaimed.

"How can it--"

"Nara, what kind of store did you go to?"

"Oh my gosh."

"Guys!" I intervened, "why is vampire blood so bad?"

"Well, it is the blood of a vampire. Nobody can consume it besides other vampires. If a demon does, the outcome is not so good. Before you ask, vampires and demons are different. We both live here in hell, but vampires tend to hide themselves. The location of their homes is unknown," Jimin explained.

Jimin had more to say. "Even vampires do not drink other vampire's blood unless absolutely necessary. If demons drink it... Anything can happen."

"So we don't know what will happen to Yoongi?" I fearfully questioned.

"Yea..." He responded.

Jungkook pointed out, "there's a legend surrounding vampire blood, but it might not be true."

Jungkook then continued, "there once were three little demon boys. Their father had died, and their mom remarried another guy. The demon boys always suspected that the stepfather hated them. Whenever the mom wasn't around, he would taunt them, not in a nice way. One day, when their mother was out, the boys' stepfather had brought in juice bottles. Or so they thought. It was actually vampire blood. The boys only realized there was something wrong with it after they tried drinking the 'juice.'"

"After drinking the blood, one of the demon boys immediately changed into a vampire. A week later, the second boy turned into a werewolf. And then only the last demon boy was left. But a month later, he disappeared without a trace," Jungkook told us.

When he finished, everyone stared at him in shock.

Namjoon had his mouth wide open. "Jungkook.. How do you know this?"

Jungkook shrugged. "My friend told me," he casually answered.

I sighed, "what should we do? Something is going to happen to Yoongi and it's all my fault.. I'm so sorry."

Yoongi patted my back, "don't worry, I know you meant no harm. There's a chance that I will be fine. And remember, if something does happen to me, I will always be by your guys' side."

Tears started coming out from my eyes.

"No it's not okay," I whimpered, "it's all my fault. I never should've went to that store. Now you're paying for my mistake.. With your life.."

Jimin came over to me.

"Nara, I think it's best you get some rest. We will discuss our plan to help Yoongi tomorrow," he tried to calm me down.

Everyone nodded in agreement.

But for Yoongi, there might not even be a tomorrow, I thought.
