When I woke up, a few hours ago. Thorin told me that Azog was still on our tracks and that I've been out for a few days and Oin said that I shouldn't walk for a while because of the blood loss. He had patched me up and the bleeding had stopped so that was a plus.

Thorin had sent Bilbo to check to see if the pack was far away a few minutes ago and he was coming back now
"How far is the pack" Thorin asked urgently and got an out-of-breath reply from Bilbo saying that it was 'to close'. To close to what? I don't know.

"But that's not the worst of it" Bilbo finished
"Did they catch our scent?" Dwalin asked
"Not yet but they will but we've got another problem"
"What is it, did they see you?" Gandalf asked not letting Bilbo finish
"No that's not it"
"What did I tell you, quiet as a mouse. Excellent burglar material" the dwarves started agreeing with Gandalf but Bilbo still had something to say
"WILL YOU JUST, listen, I'm trying to tell you, there is something else out there!" The dwarves and I all groined in annoyance but Gandalf asked a question none of us were expecting "what form did it take? Like a bear?"

"Ye- yes, yes but bigger, much bigger"
"You knew about this beast?" Bofur asked looking scared
"I say we double back" he finished when Gandalf turned around to think

"And get eaten by a pack of orcs?" Thorin said hotly and the dwarves all started to talk among themselves about what the beast was but it got quiet when Gandalf started to talk again
"There is a house. It's not far from here, where we might find refuge"
"Whose house? A friend or a foe" Thorin asked
"Neither, he will help us, or he will kill us"
"What choice do we have?" I asked and as I finished my sentence, we heard a loud roar,
"None"
And we started running, again.
