I closed my apartment door behind me and collapsed on the sofa. I turned on the Courtneeners'that kiss' and sat alone on my sofa.
The doorbell rang
My heart almost stopped
Jamies here to collect his stuff
This was going to be hard
I opened the door and the cold breeze swept my hair back
I looked up to see Ben standing there witha confused face.
''Ben?''
He ignored me and wrapped his arms around my waist and kissed me pashionatly
I could feel him smiling.
I got butterflys.
''Whats going on?'' I asked highering my voice
''You told me that yoy hoped I'd find whatever I was looking for in Miami.'' He grinned slightly
''Yes?'' I said stepping back slightly
''Its you Leah! I'll never find anyone like you no matter where I go. Its you Leah , I love you so much'' He blurted out
Our lips crashed together
I felt like a teenager I was so excited he was here.
''Ben I'm so sorry I'm only telling you now! I love you so much too '' I said with my arms wrapped around him tighly
He smiled
''I'm so glad you found what you're looking for too'' He grinned then pulled me closer
I have never been happier. I thought I loved Jamie after all those years but no. It wasn't until I met Ben did I realise what love really is.
''It's just me and you gorgeous. It's always going to be me and you'' He said lovingly
A smiled and we kissed again
You can't search for love. You can't decide you want to fall in love. You can't chose who you love. Love will find you, Love choses when it will find you, and love choses who you fall for. Be patient. Its worth the wait.
