Natasha wasn't allowed to fall in love, but when she looked across the meeting room to see you, her heart couldn't help but flutter. She remembered how you met.
Natasha had been sent to assassinate you. You currently lay in your bed with a gun pressed against your head. The only problem was, Natasha Romanoff, the Black Widow, couldn't pull the trigger.
"Please, don't kill me," You quietly begged. Natasha just stared at you.
"I won't,"
"Then why do you still have that pressed against my head?" Natasha didn't answer. She could feel you quivering beneath the blanket on the double bed. She had you so your back was against the wall and you had no chance of escaping her. She suddenly dropped the gun and it landed by your side. She then kissed you. You sat there confused at the Black Widow picked up her gun and walked out.
After that, the incident with Clint happened so she and Clint found you and dragged you back to SHIELD with them, not that you minded, seeing as half of the world wanted you dead for some strange reason. Only Clint knew about the both of you, not even SHIELD knew. Both of you knew about Clint's family and you had all agreed that if someone leaked the secrets, they were probably going to end up dead with no evidence to point at the murderer.
You sat across from Natasha and tapped the table almost silently with your fingers. You were bored. It was obvious. Natasha was too and you both hoped that the meeting would end soon. The meeting did actually have an ending which meant the two of you could go home and enjoy your evening in each other's company.
