Chapter 15

KIARA

Me, Kenya and Chloe was in the living room and we were wearing our pajamas watching a movie on Netflix but Chloe was knocked out on the couch. I reached over to Kenya and grabbed a some popcorn and popped them in my mouth. I looked over at Kenya and asked, "Did you tell X about... you know the pregnant thing." I said whispering the last two words.

"Yeah I did." She said smiling.

"Oh my god, was he mad or what?" I asked her

"He was so excited. Look what he gave me." She said showing her hand out to me.

"HE GAVE YOU THAT? I didn't even notice that!" I said with raised eyebrows.

"Yeah. I love him so much Kiara."

"Ugh, you guys are so fucking cute. Did you tell Tre or your parents yet?"

"Um.. Not yet, but I was planning like a dinner to tell Tre and tell my parents for dinner."

"You should tell them sooner or later girl."

"Yeah whatever, enough about me. What about you girl how you and my bro?"

"We are fine, but I think he did something bad."

"Why you asked?"

"I don't know, he keeps asking me like would I leave him if I ever did anything bad and he just has guilt in his eyes. It's weird you know?"

"I don't know girl, you gonna have to talk to my brother about allat."

I leaned towards Kenyas stomach and kissed her tummy and rubbed it. I looked up at her and told her, "Goodnight little big head. Imma head my ass to sleep girl."

"Goodnight boo." She said shifting her body to the couch getting comfortable. I went over to Chloe and picked her up and walked up the stairs and lay her on the bed. I then kissed her on her forehead and I stripped my clothes and went to go take a shower.

MORNING

I woke up and rolled over to my side and I realized Chloe wasn't there. I got up and rubbed my eyes and slid my feet into my NIKE sandals and went to go take a shower. After I got out and put on some black shorts and tank tops. After I walked downstairs to the smell of bacon. I walked straight to the kitchen to Chloe and Ms.Sylvia.

"Hey Chloe bear. Good morning Sylvia." I said hugging Chloe and walking over to hug Sylvia.

"Hello sweetie." She said flipping the bacon to cook on the other side.

"This smells so good." I said looking at the pan. I shifted my eyes over to Chloe and told her, "Chloe c'mon lemme take you a shower."

"Grandma took me a shower already." She said pointing to Sylvia.

"Aw, thanks for that Sylvia." I told her.

"It's fine. You already know I love this little girl." She said placing 4 plates of bacon egg and grits.

"Ooh, this looking scrumptious." I said grabbing a seat to eat the breakfast. I saw my phone ringing on top of the table. I placed the fork down and picked it up and answered the phone.

"Hello?"

"Wasgood ma?" The familiar voice said making me smile.

"Hello Tre. What's up?"

"I'm cool, what you doing?"

"I'm just eating some breakfast, you at home right now?"

"Yeah, imma come through bye beautiful."
