Dan Howell, one of the most famous singers out there, goes through a lot trying to impress his overly obsessive fans. On top of that, he is dealing with a broken heart. Phil Lester was his long lost lover. Even though Dan had became famous, and now lives in America, he is still infatuated with Phil.
The company he signed with is treating him like a piece on a game board. They throw him around, dress him up and teach him to be a different person. The whole system is fake, but the fans don't know that. There is only one person who knows the true Dan Howell, but he's on the other side of world.
