hermione sat on the edge of her bed, playing with the ring on her finger. she loved draco, she really did. but after the whole ginny thing.. what was she supposed to do?
there was a knock at the door
" come in" hermione said
" hi.." Draco said as he walked over to her king sized bed in satin sheets and sat down next to her " it would be great if we could.. you know talk about this "
she faced him, trying not to tear up
" im listening "
" hermione, I love you. and i really mean it. since third year when you punched me in the face, i didn't want anyone else more " he laughed to himself
" and the past few years have been all over the place. but, hermione. loving someone always costs us something and requires effort. and you have to decide to do it on purpose " he sighed " you can't wait for a feeling to motivate you. you can't deny that you need someone to love. let's break those walls together... let's share that feeling called love "
she smiled. this was the draco she fell in love with. the one that fell in love with her. the one she wanted to spend her life with.
she leaned in, and kissed him.
it had been so long, and she finally got to be with the man she loved.
" I love you " she whispered
" I love you too. forever and always "
She leaned into him, resting her head on his shoulder and closed her eyes
everything was calm
suddenly, there was a slam at the front door.
Draco sat upright, and ginny came through the door.
Draco sighed. he and hermione had just worked things out, and know his ginny was here?
" hi draco and um hermione " she said as she paced across es the room.
Draco and hermione were still sitting on the bed, confused.
" Draco, I'm carrying your baby. Oh and hermione, I don't care if I'm ' hurting your feelings " she said with a smile on her face
" Harry doesn't know," she said " but you do.. Draco I've loved you since forever. yea I'm married to Harry, but deep down who do you think I loved?? and that's why, if I can't have you... "
she lifted her wand
" NOBODY CAN. AVADA KEDAVRA"
ginny put her wand down...
" aren't you relieved know, Draco?" She laughed as she looked at hermione, in a heap on the floor
