**A Week Later**:

Dean stood outside in the dark of night, hidden in the shadows, watching the house he had once considered home. He needed to find out who was in the house and how many there were. After observing the house for the last few hours, he knew most of the family had left and there were no Hunters inside or out. He could sneak in and out without being noticed; having snuck in and out many times before, he knew how and where to get in and out.

He went around to the back of the house and with no effort he climbed the large tree and once high enough he jumped off it onto the roof. He landed on his feet silently, before he went to his window and looked inside, finding it empty. Smiling he opened the window quietly and went inside; it felt strange being back.

Looking around he was surprised to see none of his stuff had been touched. He didn't care, he didn't have any attachments to anything materialistic anyway. He decided to take his things with him anyway, what he didn't need he could just leave with Roman. So, moving quickly he packed what little he had into three bags. After making sure he had everything, he picked his bags up and turned to leave, but froze hearing Keeper and Vassago talking, as they neared his room. Quickly Dean snuck out the window, shutting it quietly, before he ducked down out of sight. They entered the room and Dean could hear their conversation and feel their emotions clearly.

"Sire, why are we here and not in your private chambers?" Keeper asked.

"It's the only place no one will think to come look for us; especially those incompentant fools the Elders! I want to be sure we have complete privacy while we talk." Vassago answered, as he walked around the room, petting his Raven. "Have you gotten any further with that wretched prophecy?"

"I have, yes Sire. The Chosen One is the only one powerful enough to kill the Elders, myself and...you!" Keeper explained.

"Tell me something I don't know dammit! Have you discovered their idenity?"

"I have Sire and it's not good!" Keeper answered nervously.

 "Tell me!" Vassago ordered.

"Sire, I really don't..." Keeper began, but was cut off by Vassago.

Vassago raised his cloaked arm in front of him and squeezed his hand into a fist. Keeper began gasping for air, being choked by an invisible force. After a few seconds, Vassago let him go, he fell to the floor onto his knees gasping for air, as Vassago spoke again; his Raven perched on his shoulder.

"Once again Keeper, who is the Chosen One?"

"Am...Ambrose, Sire!" Keeper answered, as he stood.

"What?" Vassago said angrily, causing his Raven to cry out, before flying to perch on the bed frame. "Are you certain?"

"Unfortunately Sire, I' am! I've worked tirelessly with the Elders on the prophecy. When I discovered Ambrose's identity, I took everything and did my own research in secrecy to be certain." Keeper explained.

"So, all this time we've been in the presence of the almighty Chosen One, interesting...very interesting!" Vassago said smiling, as he wandered around Dean's former room.

"Correct Sire, but we have a slight problem remember? Ambrose is missing!"

"I haven't forgotten Keeper, but we have the advantage!" Vassago stated.

"We do Sire?" Keeper asked confused.

"Keeper, remind me why I have you around?" Vassago asked annoyed. "Of course we do, you imbecile! Only we know Ambrose is the Chosen One, not even he knows the power he possesses!"
