Chapter 19:

~the next day~

Laura- (wakes up and goes into the babies room) hey delly

Rydel- I heard Carley crying and I didn't want her to wake you

Laura- what time is it

Rydel- 12:30

Laura- you've been watching them this whole time

Rydel- I don't mind. I fed them with the bottles left in the fridge and they're taking a nap now

Laura- thank you so much

Rydel- no problem (walks downstairs)

Laura- (picks up Carson who is now crying) hey Car, please stop crying. You don't want to wake up your sisters

Carson- (stops crying)

Laura- (smiles) awe thank you (changes his diaper and gets him dressed then walks downstairs)

Rocky- there's my man (takes Carson) hey buddy

Laura- you're so good with him

Rocky- he's my only nephew

Ross- (walks downstairs) hey guys. Where is Carley and Olivia

Laura- sleeping

Ross- okay

Vanessa- (walks in) hey guys

Riker- I need to talk to you

Vanessa- okay (they go into a different room)

Riker- would you want to go out sometime

Vanessa- (smiles) yes. I've had feeling for you for awhile. That's actually why I stopped talking to you guys and coming over. When you and Laura started dating I got sad

Riker- (kisses her) let's go do something now

Vanessa- like what

Riker- I don't know but we have all day (they walk back out to the others) we're leaving

Laura- she just got here

Riker- well we have a date

Rydel- YES! I KNEW IT!

Vanessa- (laughs and leaves with Riker)

Mark- no more Tori

Laura- at least he found a girlfriend we all like

~later that day~

(Laura, Ross and the babies are in Ross and Laura's room)

Laura- we have the cutest babies

Ross- they take after their mommy

Laura- (smiles) not all of them. Olivia looks exactly like me, Carley is like me except for her hair. She has your hair.

Ross- and Carson is a mini me. We each have a twin

Laura- (gasps) Carley is going to feel left out

Ross- no she won't. She's most special; she's mixture of you and me and she's the oldest

Laura- I guess you're right (looks at Carley) nobody should be left out

Ross- yep

~a few days later~

(Its 10:00 and everyone is awake and downstairs)

Rydel- Tomorrow's Christmas!

Laura- yeah. It will be their first Christmas and they're only 9 days old.

Laura's pov:
It seems like December 16 was so long ago. The babies were born and Riker almost died. He finally got over me and is now dating Vanessa. They're happy together.
