Ross- what do you want Riker

Riker- I told you I just want to talk

Ross- okay then talk

Riker- I want to talk to Laura

Ross- then talk

Riker- (rolls his eyes) in private

Ross- (looks at Laura)

Laura- it's okay Ross (goes into another room with Riker)

Riker- I'm sorry I did all that stuff to you and Vanessa. I should keep my feelings to myself and let you guys be happy.

Laura- yeah

Riker- please forgive me

Laura- I would but I can't. You tried to kill Olivia and really hurt me and Vanessa

Riker- I'm really really sorry Laur

Laura- (sighs) I forgive you

Riker- (smiles) you do

Laura- yeah

Riker- I promise I won't do anything stupid again. I realized that what I was doing wasn't helping anything. It just made everything worse and I was hurting you. I'm really sorry

Laura- it's fine Riker

Riker- no it's not. I keep hurting you and it's not right! I should just-

Laura- (gives Riker a quick kiss) that was only to shut you up. Don't think it meant anything (they walk out)

Ross- what happened

Laura- he apologized and I forgave him and he said he's going to move on

Ross- YOU FORGAVE HIM!

Laura- he's your brother!

Ross- but he's been trying to break us up over and over again

Laura- he said he'll stop and he will move on and so should we

Ross- if that's what you want

Laura- it is

Ross- then I forgive him too

Riker- thanks

Ross- just don't do this again

Vanessa- (walks downstairs with Rocky) what happened

Laura- we forgave Riker

Vanessa- WHY?!?!

Laura- because people make mistakes

Vanessa- some people make mistakes more than once

Riker- I won't

Vanessa- I still can't trust you

Laura- just talk to him and you will know he's serious

(Riker and Vanessa walk into another room)

Riker- I'm sorry and I will never hurt you again. I was just making everything worse and I promise I will never ever ever hurt you again. I still love you. Even more than Laura now

Vanessa- I accept your apology but I'm still with Rocky

Riker- I know and I'll move on eventually

(A couple minutes later they walk out and Riker leaves)
