Vanessa- (starts crying) I hate him

Laura- so do I

Vanessa- (hugs Laura) I'm so sorry Laur

Laura- (hugs back) you don't have to be sorry Ness. I'm sorry

Vanessa- (pulls away) I'm not going to break up with him

Laura- he's going to hurt you

Vanessa- I'm a big girl. It'll be okay

Laura- okay

(They go back with the others and Laura leaves)

Riker- what was that about

Vanessa- nothing (leaves the house and slams the door crying)

Laura- (about to leave) do you want to come back to my house

Vanessa- sure

(they go to Laura and Ross's house)

Ross- hey Ness

Vanessa- hi

Ross- you really told her

Laura- I had to. He's going to hurt her

~with the Lynches~

Rydel- what did you do Riker

Riker- what makes you think I did anything

Rydel- I jut know you did

Riker- I sent Laura a letter

Ryland- what did it say

Riker- that I love her and nobody will be as good as her

Ryland- dude you're dead. How did you give it to her

Riker- Rocky did

(Everyone gives Rocky an evil look)

Rocky- don't shoot the messenger (goes to Laura and Ross's house)

Ross- hey

Rocky- I don't think Riker regrets doing it

Ross- well Vanessa is staying here for awhile

Rocky- what about her house

Ross- she sold it and the house she was going to move into burnt down before the people even moved out

Rocky- she's not having good luck now. I'm going to check on her (walks into the guest room to see Vanessa crying) what's wrong

Vanessa- everything is falling apart

Rocky- (hugs Vanessa) it's going to be okay

Vanessa- no it won't

Rocky- (kisses Vanessa) it will be okay

Vanessa- I still like Riker

Rocky- just don't be upset when he hurts you again

Vanessa- okay. Thanks Rocky

Rocky- no problem (starts to leave)

Vanessa- wait! What was the kiss about

Rocky- uh well I might kind of like you

Vanessa- (smiles) oh okay

Rocky- (kisses Vanessa again) i might like you alot (leaves)

Vanessa- (sighs)

~1 hour later~

Vanessa- (walks downstairs) im going to talk to Riker

Laura- he's crazy

Vanessa- i know (leaves and drives to the Lynch house)

Riker- where have you been

Vanessa- I need to talk to you (they go into their room) i think we should break up

Riker- why

Vanessa- I saw your letter and i think we should break up

Riker- i didnt mean it. I love you

Vanessa- (crying) i cant trust you anymore

Riker- (hugs her) can we be friends?

Vanessa- (pulls away) i dont know

Riker- well we can be sortof friends

Vanessa- when i know i can trust you, we can be friends

Riker- okay

(they walk out)

Rocky- (sees Vanessa is crying) Whats wrong Ness

Vanessa- nothing (goes upstairs and gets all of her stuff then goes back downstairs) Im staying at Laura and Ross's house (leaves and drives back to Laura's house)

Laura- how did it go

Vanessa- I broke up with Riker

Laura- im sorry Ness

Vanessa- its fine (goes upstairs to the room shes staying in and cries)

Rocky- (walks in) you're too beautiful to cry

Vanessa- (runs up to Rocky and hugs him)

Rocky- (hugs back) whats wrong

Vanessa- (pulls away) I broke up with Riker

Rocky- oh

Vanessa- yeah but I guess since he doesn't like me I can date other people (looks at Rocky)

Rocky- well would you like to go out sometime

Vanessa- yeah

Riker- (walks in) what are you doing here Rocky

Vanessa- we're dating now

Riker- oh

Vanessa- I'm sorry Riker

Riker- funny, this just happened with me and Laura (leaves and slams the door)

Rocky- just ignore him

Vanessa- (sighs) yeah
