Chapter 3

-Desperation.-

I felt Louis' hand rest on my lower back as we stepped out of the elevator and into a different hallway. "What are we doing again?" I asked and glanced up at him, my hands folded in front of me.

"I don't really know, Babe. The boys all wanted to go out today." He replied as he led me down the hall.

"Is it going to be a boys day out plus Eleanor again?" I asked with a whine and slowed down.

"No, El.." He chuckled and nudged me forward. "It's boys day plus Eleanor, plus Perrie, plus Sophia, at least I think she's there.. and plus Barbara. Niall brought her along as well. You won't be the only girl again."

"Where are we going?" I asked and tilted my head to the side.

"Well aren't you so full of questions?" He smirked and stopped in front of a door. "I think this one is the one.." He mumbled before knocking on the door.

"It's the Tommo!" I heard Niall shout before the door swung open to reveal a blonde boy beaming with excitement.

"Niall!" Louis shouted before leading me inside.

"Louis!" I heard Harry shout out from the couch. "El!" He shouted when he saw me. "The girls are in the master bedroom." He said with a warm smile.

"I'll go over there then." I smiled back before grabbing Louis' hand. "Louis? I'm going to go see what Perrie's up to.."

"Alright, ba- Hey where's the Payno and Zayn?" He asked, not letting my hand go.

"Liam is out in the balcony with Sophia and Zayn went in to tell Perrie something." Harry said and placed his hands on his lap.

"We were all waiting on you!" Niall shouted with a laugh.

"Woah, woah, woah!" Louis shouted in defense. "Well- why have you all pointed fingers at me? At least I'm with my girl what about Barbara? Is she here?" he asked and cocked an eyebrow, sending a challenging glance to Niall.

"Louis.." I whispered with a laugh when I saw Niall's cheeks heat up. "I'm gonna go talk to Perrie." I repeated and leaned up as he puckered his lips.

He leaned down the rest of the way and pressed his lips against mine before patting my bum lightly "I love you." he whispered as I pulled away.

"I love you too." I smiled before walking towards the room Harry had said they were in.

"What a woman.." I heard Louis mumble, causing me to roll my eyes as I opened the door. "For fuck sake, Lads! That doesn't mean I give you all permission to stare! Jesus Christ!" I heard him shout before closing the door behind me.

"Eleanor!" I heard Perrie call out from the balcony.

"Perrie?" I called out and let out a small laugh, looking around to find the source of the voice.

"She's.. uh.. Talking to Zayn" I heard a soft voice speak.

"Yeah.. I've heard." I replied and looked over at the pretty brunette that was standing by the end of the bed.

"I'm Barbara." She said with a smile and stepped towards me, holding her hand out for me to shake.

"I've heard that as well." I shook her hand and let out a small laugh. "I'm Eleanor... So you and Niall?" I asked and walked over to the bed, sitting on the edge.

"No.." She shook her head "Just friends."

"Just friends? As in.. In front of the cameras 'just friends'?" I asked and raised an eyebrow.
