Chapter 32

-On The Road Again.-

I looked around at the packed luggage with Posey in my arms. I glanced down at my four month old baby and smiled as I watched her chew on her glove.

She looked up at me, her blue-green eyes wide. I scrunched my nose at her and she just sent me a toothless grin.

"This is it, baby girl. We're leaving for a bit to go with Daddy." I explained to her as if she knew exactly what was happening.

Harry then came into my room with a pout, "Eleanor! Louis said I can't go in the tour bus with you guys!"

This year, they were taking three tour buses. Usually, it was two. But this year, it'd be three. Two in each then me and Louis in another. The band members would choose between tour bus one and two when they were picked up.

I raised and eyebrow and sighed. "Well, Harry, I don't mind it but-"

"Louis! She doesn't mind!" Harry shouted as he peeked out into the hall.

His shout made Posey jump, but she was used to loud talking.

"Harry! I never said I minded!" Louis shouted back.

"Harry, you can go in our bus but Posey still doesn't sleep throughout the night." I spoke up with a laugh.

"I don't care." He shrugged and walked over to me, holding his arms out for Posey.

She grinned and threw her arms around as she leaned forward. She loved the boys. They were all like family and it's like she knew that. Harry, though, I'm pretty sure held a soft spot somewhere in her heart.

Harry grinned and took her from me. "Posey wants me in there with her. She says she likes me better. I'm the better uncle."

I rolled my eyes and went over to the bed where her beanie laid. The one with her name that Zayn had given her. I walked over to Harry and put the beanie on her.

"I should've gotten her a beanie." Harry mumbled with a pout.

"Why is that, Harold?" I asked and adjusted it so it wouldn't go over her eyes.

"Because it'd take longer for her to grow it out."

"She still has the onesie you and the rest of the boys got her. Most of them still fit."

"Really?" He asked, his eyes widening.

"Yes, Harry. She isn't so big." I laughed softly.

He grinned widely and kissed her cheek. "Great. Can I dress her? You know what? Don't answer that. I am going to dress her."

"El, are you ready?" Louis asked as he came into the room. "Damn. Harry stole my kid again."

"She's all mine." Harry grinned and poked at Posey's stomach.

Posey looked down at Harry's finger and tried to reach for it.

"Yeah, I'm ready. I only need these bags." I spoke with a smile, looking away from Posey.

Louis nodded and took the bags.

Me and Harry both followed him out. I checked and double checked each room before checking the kitchen and the living room to make sure nothing was forgotten and that everything was securely locked. When I was sure, I stepped outside and locked the door behind me. I looked over at the tour buses watched the boys talk to each other.

Zayn grinned when he saw what Posey was wearing. He walked over to her and began playing around with her.

I walked over to them and they all began telling me how excited they were to have a baby with them. How they had picked out new earmuffs for her. I couldn't help but smile because they all seemed to care so much.

"Alright! Time to go!" Paul shouted.

Almost instantly, everyone disappeared into their tour buses. Liam and Niall in one, Zayn in another, and me, Louis, Harry and Posey in the last one.

When we were inside the bus, I looked around and smiled softly. It had been a while since I was in one of these.

The plan was to go get the band members and then head off to the airport.

"Harry, take care of her, please." Louis spoke as he took my hand and led me to the back room.

"Okay!" Harry shouted after us.

When I looked around, it took everything in me not to laugh. Baby stuff was scattered all over the place. And surely, the basinet was positioned right next to the bed.

"I had to lay all of this out. The crew is going to come in and see how everything is before shipping it over to Australia and then fixing it up over there." He said with a smile.

When the tour bus engine turned on, I turned to Louis. "Isn't this just crazy?"

"Oh, yeah. We're both crazy for doing this. But now we need to reveal Posey." He spoke, softly.

It wasn't like we had managed to keep her out of the light altogether. There were some pictures of me, Louis, and Posey out there. But they were low quality so you couldn't really make out her face. And she was almost always hidden anyway. Now it was time for us to post a picture.

We walked out to Harry and Posey and found Harry talking to her.

"C'mon, Posey.. Say it." Harry encouraged. "Uncle Hally.. Hally.."

I smiled and let out a soft laugh. "Time for a picture." I whispered.

"For you or for the public?" Harry asked as he got up and handed Posey over to Louis.

"Public." Louis whispered as he pulled out his phone.

"Are you sure?" He asked and furrowed his eyebrows.

"There's no other option, Harry. People are going to see her and get pictures so we'd rather just get it over with." I spoke with a soft smile as I took my phone out too.

Me and Louis sat down, putting Posey right between us. He handed his phone to Harry and then looked at me.

I smiled and glanced back at him before looking down at Posey.

When we heard the camera take the picture, we looked up at Harry who showed us the picture.

Louis smiled and nodded before taking the phone. "Okay. Now what do you want to do, El?" He asked and looked up at me.

"Here.." I whispered and made sure Louis was holding Posey before standing up and opening the camera app. "Okay, now smile."

Louis did as he was told and smiled. Then Harry moved behind me and began jumping around. I smiled and waited for Posey to start smiling at Harry before taking the picture.

"Perfect." I whispered and looked down at the picture.

I went on Instagram and went to post the picture. Once I had tagged Louis in it, I wrote the caption and posted it. And for once, I didn't care enough to hang around and read the comments. I realized that as long as we were happy, there was nothing I should worry about. And I was happy. I had the perfect family. Four boys that would do anything for us, and I couldn't ask for anything else. This was my happiness.
