"Thank goddess I'm a Siren! I can't be included in that," Daphne blurted out immediately after. "What?" She asked, while shrugging her shoulders, after receiving pointed looks from her group mates.

"That would be unfair since Vee is the only virgin here or half virgin at that." Amelia said in disbelief. Her last four words earned a coughing fit from Venus. For her, the trial is an impossible feat. Like how would they suppose to pass it? Even if she's not a Siren who lures random beings to mate, she doubts it if she's any better. Being a homosexual trapped in a woman's body, was something that made her indulge into a lot of one night stands back to the Human Realm.

"You're so naive," Scalia laughed at Amelia's statement and as usual, ignored Daphne.

"And what that's supposed to mean?" The shifter asked irritated. She didn't like what the queen said. Not one bit and she was close to lashing at her but her sensibility prevailed as she bit the side of her mouth to stop herself from uttering profanities.

"Simple! Virginity is never a basis for one's purity." Scalia said, amusement danced in her eyes. They all reminded her of her youth. Her seekers are very young and innocent. How would they survive the third trial? As much as the queen didn't want to, but she's getting attached to them. It's hard not to, they were in some way. . . Pure. Purity lures her kind and she hates to admit it that it was the Siren that intrigued her the most. A very rare character coming from the vicious and malicious Siren clan. She have something more than just what meets the eye. After all, purity is the main reason why they became mortal enemies. Sirenians were their people but they were opposite sides of the pole---A positive and a negative side. They coincided but never lived harmoniously. They don't see eye to eye, yet, unknown to all, they couldn't live without the other. The very reason why they kept their kingdoms closer. It's a royal secret that needed to remain as a secret amongst all their other secrets.

"Y-you mean, I could be pure?" Amelia stammered.

"Hah! You wish! If I were you, I wouldn't keep my hopes up." Daphne said, smiling slyly at the shifter.

Amelia glared at her and replied, "Well, I'm not you!"

Daphne raised her hands up in surrender. She was chuckling as she made her way towards the corner, keeping herself as far as possible from the clam throne.

Amelia sighed in defeat and said, "Okay Agnus. You're our only chance here. . ." She scanned the room in search for him but he was nowhere in sight, Rufus as well. Her eyes landed on Scalia who shrugged her shoulders then on Venus who was biting her lip with her eyes darting all over the place but her. ". . . This is not funny!" Amelia was not thrilled by her group's insinuations and she's definitely not the one to try first. "Rufus! Agnus! C'mon come out. You're not serious, are you? I can't be the one who should try. And it's so obvious where you both are considering we only have one object here."

The shifter spun around when she heard Daphne chuckled not far behind. "Why don't you try it first then, since you're the only one enjoying this?"

Daphne pointed to herself in disbelief, "Me? Why me? I'm a Siren, remember? Hellooo, any brain inside there?"

"Helloooo! I'm gaay, remember?" Amelia mimicked her mocking tone.

"So what if you're gay?" The Siren answered while chuckling more. "Being a gay doesn't mean you're not pure but being a Siren does." She said afterwards using a matter-of-fact tone.

"Oh, yeah? What makes you so sure about it? I think, you're just so pussy to try it. Too much nightmares inside your closet?" Amelia taunted her.

"Why you. . ." Daphne's rant was cut short when someone she didn't expect to talk to her butted in.

"Yes, what made you so sure? I never knew your kind to be so. . . Pussy." Scalia interrupted using a challenging tone. The mermadian queen was looking directly at her.
