Dumb/Cliché Fanfic Thing: Injuries
The person (usually a girl) will twist/sprain her ankle.
She jumps down from a building? Sprained ankle.
She's running away from a killer in the woods? Twists her ankle.
She thinks about falling from a high place? Feels like she broke her ankle.
Like, not matter what, she'll find a way. In real life, you'd just brush it off cause it's nothing big, maybe a stinging/burning pain for about a minute. But in a story, nope. She's gotta break/sprain it.
