Dumb/Cliché Fanfic Thing: Breakfast
I've noticed the girl tends to get up earlier than the guy the first night (and other times) she stays there and makes breakfast. I'm not saying this isn't nice, I'm just confused.
First of all: he's the host. He should be doing that, even if it is nice to give your host a break now and then.
Second: I don't know about you, but using his food/supplies to make it seems uncivil. Like, you're just going to go up and use all his stuff to make a meal without his knowledge? I say no. Who's to say you won't set the house on fire because the stove is bad but he couldn't tell you that cause he was asleep? Who's to say he can't have the food you're making him cause he's allergic/has a sensitivity? Nobody just does that at a stranger's house, nobody.
