I was walking around our apartment, when I felt Percy wrap his arms around my waist.

"Hey Wise Girl," he said.

"What's up Seaweed Brain?"

"Do you know what today is?"

"Yeah. It's our anniversary! And your birthday," I replied to my boyfriend.

"Yup. And I have something planned today!"

I giggled and turned around, giving Percy a small peck. "Alright, Seaweed Brain."

I was in the living room, looking over some blueprints for the cabins. Chiron had asked me to expand some cabins, like Athena, Hermes, Aphrodite, and Hephaestus.

I heard the front door open, and feet coming up the stairs. I was too engrossed in blueprints to hear the door open behind me.

Percy

I walked into the apartment and up the stairs, to find Annabeth hunched over a bunch of blueprints.

"Wise Girl? It's time for our date," I said.

She mumbled, "Ask Leo."

I chuckled. "He's not the one I want to take out."

She turned and smiled at me. "What is it Percy?"

"It's time for our date, Annabeth," I repeated, bouncing on the balls of my feet.

"Oh," Annabeth flushed, "Just let me get ready. Casual or fancy?"

"Uh.... fancy."

We soon arrived at the restaurant and Percy walked to my door and opened it for me.

"Why thank you, Seaweed Brain."

"Anything for you, Wise Girl."

We walked inside and were greeted by a waiter. "Reservation?" She asked.

"It should be under Perseus Jackson."

"Yes, follow me please."

She lead us to a small table in the back, where the lights were drawn dim and the walls were covered in beautiful wallpaper. When we sat down, she asked up for our drinks.

"Champagne," Percy said.

"Coming right up," she turned and left into the kitchen.

"Happy birthday Percy," I said, taking his hand.

"Happy anniversary Annabeth," he replied, squeezing mine.

I reached over the table and pressed my lips against his. He smiled and kissed back.

"I have your- oh, sorry!" Our waitress squeaked, flustered. She sat down the champagne and hurried away.

"Thank you," Percy called after her.

We were almost down eating, when our waitress came back with chocolate cake.

"We didn't order this," I told her, slightly confused.

"Actually I did," Percy said, taking the cake from her. He set it down and Percy cut each of us a slice. I began to eat my piece, when I noticed Percy was staring at me.

"What?" I asked.

"Mmmh? Oh, nothing."

We kept on eating and I was about finished when I felt something hard, but smooth in my mouth. I grabbed a napkin and spit the object out, and started to clean it off. Before I could unwrap it, Percy grabbed it from me and got up.

"Seaweed Brain?"

"I have...uh..something..to-uh- ask....me- I mean you!" He stuttered. I giggled, which stopped as he got down on one knee.

Oh my gods.

"Annabeth Chase, I have loved you for as long as I can remember. I want to spend the rest of my life with you, as we watch our kids grow up and our life go on peacefully. I want to be the person you wake up next to, and the person you say goodnight to. I want you to be the first thing on my mind everyday, and know that even in the toughest of times, we can go to each other," Percy took a deep breath, "Annabeth Chase, will you marry me?"

I sat there in shock, before I regained my senses. "Yes! Yes, Percy, yes!"

He grinned and slipped the ring on my finger. Perfect fit.

"I love you, Wise Girl."

"I love you too, Seaweed Brain."
