Chapter 3 - The Project

Toni walks into the class when she saw that Carl was grabbing Jack collar up in the air and was shouting at him.

"Seriously Carl what the fuck do you think you are doing?" shouted Toni.

"Shut up fat ass before I beat the shit out of you too!!" shouted Carl while he threw Jack across the room as Jack refuse to do his homework for him. Toni who was at the other end of the room run to Carl, Toni pushes him backwards making him fall down to the ground. Carl look at her angrily and wanted to stand up when suddenly Toni pull a chair near her, pick it up and threw it at Carl making him fall down to the ground again. Everyone in the class gathers around them and started to cheer them to fight. Toni who was wearing a long sleeve shirt pulls up both of the sleeve to the elbow and was waiting for Carl to attack.

"Come one Carl...Stand the fuck up!!! Since you like to bully us so damn much why don't you just stand up and see who win!!!" shout Toni. Carl Johnson who is the school quarterback, the biggest school bully and Principal Dawson favorite student who was much bigger and taller than Toni immediately stood up, wanted to punch Toni but suddenly Mrs. Hampton walk into the class and shouted at them to go back to their seat.

"Get back to you seat now!!! Every one of you!!!" said Mrs. Hampton. Carl look at Toni mad, so damn mad but Toni know best that anger is nothing towards her she saw worse than that.

"Carl Johnson you too. Go back to your seat!!!" shouted Mrs.. Hampton. Everyone went back to their seat. Mrs.. Hampton walks to her desk and slam her file on to metal table giving a loud banging coming out from the table. Mrs.. Hampton opens the attendance file and starts to tick which is in the class. When suddenly someone knock the door. Everyone eyes look at the door, almost everyone was shock to see Grey at the door except for Mrs.. Hampton and Toni who does not know anything about this mysteries guy who make everyone scare. He walks in and walks to the end of the room which the seat was empty. Everyone keep their eyes down, they were scare to look at him except Toni.

"I am glad that you can make it. Now class, as we know your mid test is coming and one of the mark is coming from a group project." said Mrs.. Hampton who start to walk around the class.

"As you know this project take about 50 percent out from you other 2 exam. It mean if you fully pass this project mean you have already pass the exam, so I want every one of you to take this project seriously." said Mrs.. Hampton while she stand in front of the class.

"This project is taken up of 2 people each in the group. I will assign your partner before we end this class. This project is a combine essay. I need all of your opinion about it." Mrs. Hampton stops and starts to write the subject of the project. Once she has written she turn back to the class and continues.

"The effect of modern technologies. Do research, discuss with you partner and write a combine essay. The essay need to have both of you opinion in it and a conclusion." Everyone was write what Mrs.. Hampton said.

"This project is due in 2 weeks." said Mrs.. Hampton again. When they all of them heard that they start to complain.

"Settle down or I reduce it to a week!" threaten Mrs. Hampton immediately everyone quiet down.

Right after Mrs Hampton class, Toni runs out of the class to chase Grey. Everyone look at her and saw shock to see Toni running towards Grey even Carl.

"Grey wait up!!!" shouted Toni while trying to catch up. Grey stop and turn back to see Toni stopping near him.

"Well...as you have already known my name. I'm Toni I am new kid around here." said Toni.

"I don't do introduction." reply Grey.

"Alright. Anyhow since Mrs.Hampton has assigned us as a team. I would like to know how we will do this. Since you don't like to talk much." said Toni. Grey looks away for a second and look back at Toni.

"I do my research, my opinion and conclusion pass it to you and you can make everything up for all I care." said Grey while he turn around and leave Toni speechless. Then Toni run in front of him and says,

"Well you see....honestly I don't think we can pass this way. It a bad idea and I can guarantee that we will fail."

"Do you think I care if we fail or not?" said Grey. Toni started to get annoy with Grey answer. She don't care what the deal with Grey but not one talk to her like that. Toni breathes out and when suddenly she felt something hit her head. She looks down and felt piss as fuck. Grey look at the guys who was laughing at her. He shake his head and laugh to himself.

"They are so dead!!!" he said in his mind. Toni open her bag pack, took out a metal bottle which she has fill with water early. She turns around and threw the bottle towards Nelson who was laughing at her. Everyone froze and look at Nelson. The metal bottle hit his nose and because of the weight, it broke Nelson nose and blood start come out from his nose. Nelson look down at his nose and within second he could feel the pain kicking in. He then started to scream in pain. His gang when to him and start to help him.

"Peter get him to the nursing room now idiot before he die of losing too much blood." shouted Toni. Grey looks at Toni and was fucking impress with her.

"Shit... she is more scary that me!" he said to himself. Toni looks up at Grey with a smile and says,

"Where were we? Ah... the project. Look here Grey I don't give a fuck about your damn grade. But I do give a huge fuck about mine. You want to fail for the rest of the subject that your problem but not this cause I am your FUCKING partner. Since we are a team let's do this, let's meet up this Saturday at "the Angie Diners" the one that next to the mall. Meet me there at 3pm with your research papers. And then we discuss about it together alright!" Grey look how scary she was, changing her facial expression from angry to happy. He clears his throat and says,

"Fine, I'll see you there then." while she happily walk to Jack who was looking at them shock so was the student around them.
