"Jason," Sam said as he leaned forward towards your belly. You giggled as he looked up to you for a response. You shook your head, "Nothing."

"Okay um... Daniel?" He said, coming closer. You raised an eyebrow, "Baby, he's not going to do any-"

You placed your hand on the side of your stomach, pausing for a moment. "What's wrong?" Sam questioned as he shifted in his seat.

"And... Nothing. I thought he kicked," You said and he sighed, "He probably doesn't understand the concept of names." You squeezed his shoulder and he gave you a small smile.

He placed his large hands on the sides of your stomach. He kissed the middle of your belly and you smiled, feeling a bit ticklish.

"My baby boy, you'll be safe with me and your mommy," Sam said, "We won't let anything happen to you." You placed your hand over his and drew circles with your thumb.

You watched Dean approach both of you in your bedroom. You sat up from your almost laying down position and smiled at him. Sam looked his way as well.

"Uh, Sam, I need your help on the case," Dean said with a straight face. Sam sighed, "I'll be there in twenty minutes." Dean rolled his eyes, "I need you now." Your husband clenched his jaw and you held his hand.

"Baby just go help Dean out. I'll be here with this baby belly for another two months," You told, "Anyways, you can spend as much time with him as you want at night."

San smiled at you softly and nodded. He got up and followed his brother, who seemed a bit more stressed out than usual.

"Okay so, the creature enters through the main door with muddy shoe prints but half way through the hall, the prints are gone," Dean narrated and Sam thought for a moment.

"Uh, so shapeshifter? Something that could fly or climb onto the ceiling?" Sam suggested. "I was thinking of shapeshifter because if not-"

You interrupted the older Winchester by saying, "Maybe the thing realized that its shoes were leaving muddy tracks and took them off, and walked barefoot the rest of the way, because it didn't have the time to clean its tracks."

Sam looked impressed and Dean considered the explanation you gave. You walked over to the table and sat at the edge where Sam was.

"It could just be a human, trying to make you spend time on aspects that aren't important. In that case, it wouldn't be our kind of thing," You went on.

Until five months ago, you hunted and you were pretty good at it. But Sam didn't want you getting exhausted and it was unsafe so you stayed at the Bunker, at home, helping the boys with research.

"Good point [y/n]. That could be something important," Dean said and looked through a book. You stroked Sam's soft hair, watching him talk about the case while you sipped on your tea.

You took Sam's hand and placed it on your belly as he spoke, "So we know that its either a shifter or a-"

He turned to look at you sharply after he felt it on his hand. "Did he just...?" Sam smiled like a dork while you nodded.

"Oh my God!" He said with happiness. Your son didn't kick much but whenever he did, Sam would get really excited.

He forgot about the case for a while, talking to you and your belly. "How does it feel when he kicks you?" Sam asked curiously. You smiled softly, holding his hand that was still resting on your stomach.

"I don't know how to explain it. It's something liked this," You said and flicked his arm softly with your fingers, "It's like that but softer. Sometimes it's pretty strong."

Sam kept looking at your belly, rubbing it softly and waiting for your son to kick again. You looked at Dean, who rolled his eyes. You raised an eyebrow at him and he just looked on ahead.

Sam kissed your belly and jerked away immediately. You son kicked in the same spot. You chuckled. "He's asking you to stop giving him so much attention," You teased him and he gave you a fake frown.

Sam went back to his work and you looked over to Dean. "Um, Dean? Could I talk to you for a moment?" You requested and at first, he gave you a questioning look but then got up and walked over to you. Sam looked at you with confusion and you smiled at him.

You walked to the far side of the room, with Dean following you. "What's up?" He asked, a bit concerned. You took a breath, "Sam has been quite stressed out lately. He's worried about me being alright, he's worried about the baby and on top of that he's getting hunts to solve and creatures to kill."

Dean looked to the floor, as if he was guilty. You held his arm, "Look I'm not saying to not involve him in cases. He loves doing it and he wants to save people."

Dean looked up, into your eyes. "All I'm saying is that don't feel angry at him if he's not paying attention or if he's spending most of his time with me," You told, "He finds something... relaxing about being close to me."

You looked down and gestured to your bump, "Being close to his baby. That's why he just wants to be next to me and get the most out of it." You gave him a smile and he gave you a small one back.

To his surprise, you hugged him. After all he was your brother-in-law, your best friend. "I hope you understand," You said and he nodded.

"Thank you Dean," You said, "And I'm not saying that you're the problem or its your fault, okay? It's just..." You trailed off after clarifying to Dean. The elder brother squeezed your shoulders a bit, "I know."

You both walked back to the table, Sam was extremely confused. "What happened?" He asked as you went back to leaning on the table.

"Nothing hun, just talking," You grinned and continued to drink your now extremely cold tea. You grimaced at the taste, making up your mind to go to the kitchen and warm it up.

"Baby, why don't we watch a movie after a while?" You said and smirked at Dean. He smiled too, raising an eyebrow. "Dean can join in too," You said, "You guys can continue your work tomorrow. I don't want to see my husband and his brother all worked up."

You started walking out of the library, "Anyways, your son misses you." You winked at him and he gave you an adorable smile.
