AREESHA'S POV:
Car come to an abrupt halt after thirty minutes' drive and looked outside only to see the hell hole I desperately wanted to get away from, Alex opened the door and grab me from my arm and started to pull me towards the house, Adil clutched my legs making more difficult to walk with Alex death grip and tears clouding my sight, Alex opened the door and roughly push me, causing to lose my balance and fall on the floor in front of a couch were Uncle Javed was sitting with cigar in his hand and angry expressions, when I looked at him, he stood up and lift me up to stand, he picked up a knife from the side table and cut the ties from my hands, I put my hand on Adil who as till clutching my legs, I could feel him crying.

"You think you can escape from here this easily, well let me tell you Areesha this time you have crossed my limit and this time retribution will be more severe for both of you and the best part my dear I will enjoy every single moment of it," he said caressing my cheek. I took a step back and wipe my tears.

"Uncle, I will take whatever punishment you want to give me, but let Adil go, he doesn't have anything to do with all this, he is innocent" I said, patting Adil's head a bit try to comfort him, but I think I failed as he gripped my legs with more force and hide his face in my dupatta.

"Uncle please let him go," I pleaded as Alex roughly grabbed Adil and throw him on the couch next to uncle,

"You know what Areesha, I think I know how to tame you," he said and picked that same knife from the table and advanced towards Adil, sensing his motive I try to run towards Adil, but Alex grabbed me from my shoulders, the uncle sat next to Adil and pull Adil towards him,

"So where were you planning to go Areesha?" he asked, "Uncle please don't do this," I pleaded,

"Wrong answer, my dear," he said and slapped Adil across his face, making me scream out loud,

"So let me ask you again this time, where were you planning to go?" he asked,

"Nearby city" I said still looking at crying Adil and trying to wriggle free from Alex's grip.

"Where did you get the money to go there?" he asked me again,

"Yesterday you gave me money for grocery I have some left, that's all I got" I answered, eyeing Adil, I can't see him crying, I have to get him out of here than I can deal with these monsters

"Areesha! What I told you about lying to me huh? You will lie and Adil will suffer" he said, caressing the tip of sharp knife over Adil's throat, making him still, Adil wince as he pushes the tip over his skin.

"No, uncle, I am not lying I am telling truth" I said scared of his actions,

"So how did you get these?" he asked, throwing a bag in front of me which contain my parents' belongings I have packed with my other stuff,

He stood up and opened the bag and pour all the things on the floor and picked my father's watch,

"You think I am a fool?" he asked, coming closer to me.

" These are my parents, I will do whatever I want to do with these things they are mine, not yours" I shouted at him, earning me a hard slap on my face,

"You and your filthy Parent's, all of their things belong to me after your mother married me, every penny is mine and for bonus I got both of you and now you will earn me more money by marring that billionaire, it's my luck that he has set his eyes on you and I will not let this opportunity slip away got it!" he yelled making me flinch,

"No, I will not marry him at any cost, you and your son both are monsters! You both are so greedy hungry for money, nothing but useless shit in this world, I am telling you I will not marry him, so go on kill me if you want what will you do more huh? You don't have the nerve for that! You soulless monsters!" I yelled back at them, with fury coursing inside me as I saw Adil crying more hysterically on the couch

"How dare you!" uncle shouted and started to beat me with his cane, I tried to defend myself, but Alex was still holding me making more difficult to stand with all of this pain, Uncle throws the cane away and started to beat me with his hands, I couldn't protect myself from his blows and took all the beating but when he kicked me in my abdomen I couldn't take more I cried out loud as pain sweeps through my aching body." Shout! Shout as much louder you want, but there is no one to help you, no one will listen to your screams" Uncle said.

"Bring that brat to me, I will show her how soulless monster I am," he ordered Alex who was silently standing behind me. Alex walks past me, I try to hold his legs, but he kicked me again and proceeded towards Adil.

"Adil, run" I shouted, causing Adil to jump from the couch and run towards the stairs, Alex chased after him, but he runs much faster and climb up the stairs to my bedroom, but Alex caught him as Adil was about to close the door, he was squirming in his hold. I tried to overcome with this horrible pain and try to sit on the floor.

"Now my dear child that was a good attempt, but not good enough to save you from me," uncle said, holding Adil's little trembling hand in his, he pushed him in front of me and placed that knife again on his neck.

"So Areesha, are you going to marry Maaz Jaferi?" he asked, I stayed silent only stared into Adil's eyes filled with fear, Uncle made a cut on Adil's left hand making both of us scream as I saw blood oozing out of his hand,

"No, Uncle don't do this please, I will do whatever you want me to but please don't hurt him," I begged him, he released Adil and pushed him towards me, I hold Adil in my arms and put pressure on his wound,

"Good, Don't try to do this type of stunt or it won't take me a minute to kill this brat right in front of your eyes, understand," he yelled at me and left saying something to Alex.

Alex came to me and hold me from my arm jerking me up to stand and pulled me towards the basement, I was still holding crying and scared Adil in my arms, when we heard the door bell.

Alex covered my mouth with his other hand, "Who is it" he asked,

"Maaz Jaferi, open the door Alex," I heard it from the other side.
