chapter 22: Grimoire heart invades

Kuro's Pov
I appeared at the medbay gramps had set up and looked at the S-Class mages "you got mercy for Natsu didn't you?"  i asked Gildarts and he nodded "i can say the same thing for you with Elfman" he chuckled as I grinned sheepishly and rubbed the back of my neck "So What are you planning on doing now?"  i asked knowing that us S-Class mages were already done "I'll be taking Freed and Bixslow and we will be returning back to the guild" he said and I nodded so I stood up and patted his shoulder "well good luck I'm going to see first master's grave" i said walking towards the final rest place of Fairytail's first guild master.

As I approached the grave I bowed in respect I could feel a presence but I decided to ignore it as I sat down in front of the grave with crossed legs "may I ask who you are?"  came a light female voice as I opened my eyes I came eye in eye with a young girl with a dress that went to her ankles and green eyes "I'm Kuro Aquaras S-Class mage of Fairytail" i told her before asking her the same question as she did with me "then may I know who you are?"  i inquired raising my eyebrows "my name is Mavis Vermillion first guild master of Fairytail" she said and my eyes widened a bit "first master!" i said as I bowed my head "what brings a Fairytail mage to this island??"  she asked "oh we are holding our S-Class promotion trials,is that not alright?"  i asked because if it wasn't allowed I would talk to gramps about it "No no,it's fine" she reassured "Tell me Kuro how long have you been a member of Fairytail?"  she asked me and I sighed a bit with a fond smile "it's been almost 7 years, and I never regretted my decision" i told her and she smiled "that's good to know,I will leave you be for now then" she said looking away "would you like to stay first master?"  i asked her and her eyes widened I smiled at her "i would be honored to hear stories about your time in Fairytail" i said and she smiled like a child that got her favorite candy as she hovered in front of me as together we talked the entire time.

We talked for almost an hour when I spotted a red flare in the air I furrowed my eyebrows "who would be so stupid to attack us now of all times?"  i asked myself "is something wrong?"  Master Mavis asked I nodded my head "apparently we're under attack" i said standing up as Mavis' eyes hardened "thank you for the time first master" i said bowing I was about to walk before she stopped me "wait..you are a good person I think I'll grant you one of the great Fairy spells"Fairy Glitter"" she told me as a shining light came on my arm it revealed a tattoo

I bowed to her "thank you first master" i said and ran off in the forest "good luck water Fairy" i heard Mavis say before I couldn't see her anymore

I got to an area of the island where I could feel massive heat radiating from "that means Natsu is there" i thought setting of in that direction I found Natsu fighting with a guy with yellow hair and red eyes my eyes widened when I saw the black flames "Natsu get away from him!"  i yelled as he turned to me so did the god slayer "Kuro what the hell are you doing here?"  Natsu asked "not time for that Natsu let me fight this guy I'm better suited" i replied my hands in the pockets of my hoodie Natsu let out an annoyed grumble but I glared at him making him back off "take care of gramps I'll take care of this guy" i said and he nodded as Natsu ran to the old man I turned to my opponent "i think introductions are in order" i said giving a smirk "my name is Kuro Aquaras Fairytail S-Class mage also,a water God Slayer" i said as my eyes narrowed at my opponent he got this crazy smirk on his lips "a god slayer huh now this is interesting,I'm Zancrow the Fire God Slayer for Grimoire Heart" he said and I nodded "now I have one question before I begin" i said and he nodded "why are you here?"  i asked tilting my head "for Lord Zeref ofcourse" he said and I grit my theeth I took my hands out of my pockets and took a battle stance as my hand started glowing blue he did the same as his started glowing red "Fire God's Raging Fist" he yelled rushing forward "Water God's Hunter" i yelled as I jumped up and thrust my fist forward creating projectiles out of water that went straight for Zancrow he managed to dodge 9 but got hit by the tenth as he flew backwards I immediately made my next move "Water God's Bellow" i chanted as a tornado of black water left my mouth going straight for Zancrow as he stood up after being hit by a hunter he immediately got hit by the tornado of water as he yelled out in pain he began laughing like crazy "oh I haven't had this much fun in years now little Fairy I'LL RIP YOUR WINGS OFF" he shouted like a mad man "Fire God's supper" he yelled as a black flame in the form of a mouth came flying towards me "from ocean's I ascended I come rushing to land Water God's Tsunami" i yelled summoning a huge tsunami made out of black water that was at least 15ft high it's over powerd his attack and hit him full force as he was washed away I clapped my hands "well that was that" i said as I walked towards a nearby Lake I made a bowl out of my hands and drank some water to replenish my energy "you alright Natsu?"  i asked and he nodded "yeah thanks for the help" he said and I nodded "you go after Hades Natsu I'll make sure gramps get back to camp" i said to him and he nodded "thanks Kuro" he thanked me and gave me a grateful smile as I lifted the old man up I gave him a nod and made my way back to camp

Hey minna it's Cookie-Chan and I thought it's been a long time since I updated this so why not for the people who read my other book "black star dragon of Fairytail" that book is slowly getting to an end with about 6chapters total I might think about a sequel in the next gen so that but for now Byebye
