After hours we finally arrived, "Finally"I sighed ,Melody giggled "Come on let's go to my parents house"she said while holding my hand ,I blushed and nodded her hand was warm .....

We stopped a taxi and took off to her parents house ...."we're here "Melody squealed ,I laughed at her reaction but we can't blame her can we ?"Wait where do you think you're going ?"I said holding her from her hoodie "To my parents house where else ?"She said "then wait for me "I said while carrying our bags "And here I thought you are going to tell me to carry my own bag but you are carrying it for me "She said ,"Do you think I am not a gentleman how could you and you are supposed to be my sweetheart all I could see from you is bitterness ah poor me my girl doesn't love me "I said while making it sound like I am offended but as we know Melody "Omg stop acting like a drama queen you know I love you and I was just kidding come on let's go"She said wile obviously trying to hold in her laughter ,She came towards me to take her bag but I already started running to her parents house "Wow slow down Jack or you're going to fall down "She shouted I stopped and she caught up to me and we both went up to the lovely old house that is on the hill.

"go ahead knock the door "I said "I don't know I am feeling nervous"She said "You will be fine,they are your parents"I said ,she nodded and knocked on the door ,we waited and no answer, Melody knocked the door again "Who is it ?"A voice said from inside the house it seemed like an old man ,"It is me ,Melody"she said,the door instantly opened and revealed an old man "It is really you Oh Melody come here "The old man said while hugging her "Oh father I missed you so much"She said while tears streaming down her face must be happy tears , her father broke the embrace , wiped her tears way and kissed her forehead then he noticed me "who are you ?"He asked me in a cold tone that was kind of creepy "Oh father that is jack walten and he is my boyfriend "Melody said confidentially While I was shaking and nervous he looks like he is about to kill me"Nice to meet you sir"I said , he came near me and took both of my hands and shook them "The pleasure is all mine you seem like a good guy but if you hurt my daughter consider that your life ended"He said with a smile and I can't tell if it is fake or real but whatever "come on in both of you "He said while stepping aside to let us in "Thank you sir "I said while entering "Where is mom?"Melody asked "Oh she is in her room she will be happy when she sees you ,So go ahead you know where our room is "he said giving Melody a little push"jack you stay with me I want to have a talk with you ?"he added I nodded

We went outside to talk ...
