The night is cold
Yet I barely seem to feel it
For your arms wrapped around me
Provide love and warmth
The stars in the sky can not be seen
So I turn towards you
For your eyes show the galaxies
The stars, the moon
We lay intertwined
with no distance until we are one
We think with one mind
Love with the same heart
So forgive me
For the tears slipping down my face
For it is hard
to have my other half ripped from me
My heart beat echoes
Without yours in sync
My mind wanders
But without yours to accompany it
My body feels cold
But nothing provides warmth
The stars are not in the sky
But neither can I see them in your eyes
