Present-day, Seoul South Korea

Han Songi Hi Korea's little flower was gone; her funeral resembled a parade with celebrities at the head followed by millions of fans. The country regretted it; some places even observed a minute of silence, followed by an uproar a few days later.

The fans wanted someone to blame for the death of their beloved idol, and all the pressure weighed on the police shoulders. Strangely enough, a lot of the hate was directed at Lee Hyun Gu, who declined all responsibility. The wrath of the fans exceeded all the imaginable; the young men saw his fan meetings canceled by his agency, who feared an outburst.

People stalked Lee Hyun Gu, and the celebrity told the police it started before Songi Hi's death. The psychopath stalker terrorized Song Hi. They sent shredded teddy bears or underwear soaked in animal blood to the late idol.

Other voices elevated, pointing their fingers at NETIZEN and its contributors, saying if it were not for the proof brought in the chamber Song Hi would still be alive.

People speculated and debated everywhere, and it was in this climate Kang Jun Ho worked as an inspector at Gangnam Gu's district police.

No one welcomed the senator's son with open arms. Seeing how young Jun Ho was, many thought he benefited from advantages reserved to those of his pedigree.

"Sit down," ordered Kang Jun Ho at the thug he had just brought in.

"Inspector Kang, there is a meeting in room A3, hurry they're waiting for us."

"You'll pay for this 씨발새끼," the thug yelled at Jun Ho who followed Cheol Inspector to room A3.

"Here are our finalists, yes I know they don't look like criminals, but stalking is an offense. The public wants someone to pay, so here are our candidates," pursued 창경감 [Chang kyeong gam=Senior Inspector Chang (Won Choi)] as Jun Ho and Inspector Cheol crept into the meeting room like students arriving late at school.

The Inspector flipped through ten profiles stopping on the ninth, he explained.

"Meet 17-year-old Park Soo Yeon. She's registered in no less than seventy fan clubs, and she presides ten of them, including Sublime Song Hi. As you can imagine, many witnesses regularly spotted her and confirmed she followed Song Hi."

"Excuse me, Sir, you showed us nine profiles, but three of them the photos were of the same girl," Kang Jun Ho remarked.

"Kuré, kuré, I see someone didn't win his badge at the fair, you are right. Park Soo Yeon was on three shots, which makes us think she is either a big contributor, the 사생팬 [sasaeng=stalker fan], or both. Park Soo Yeon Ssi has hung around Han Song Hi for the last three months," said senior Inspector Chang Won Choi as he flicked through all the photos which he was persuaded were taken by Soo Yeon.

"The girl seems to be everywhere where a contributing piece, photo, or video of the NETIZEN chamber is posted. If she is not the stalker, she must be one of the website's Gold, Silver, or Bronze members."

"Ah, tchi-aish, this filthy website even has membership as if it was legal," 경위 [kyeongui=Inspector] Cheol Min Ho complained.

Despite common thought, the site was legal; it survived thanks to donations from celebrities or companies hoping that their gesture would save them from appearing in the chamber. Some people joined as they would subscribe for NETFLIX, opting for a package and advantages.

Amongst all the profiles, some anonymous sponsors donated large amounts of money to go on the macabre show. They thrived on the scandals which made their day.

The site was independent and able to take any action without having to bend or beg any authority.

"Why haven't we been able to track the source down?"

"Interesting question, inspector Gyeong, a question which shows you haven't been listening. Inspector Kang, can you repeat to your comrade, please."

"The NETIZEN IP changes even during the broadcast. We can have the site located in Russia, Iceland, Paraguay. The engineers can't track it down, especially since the website totally disappears from the web and only reappears when it wishes."

"Thank you, Inspector Kang," said the Senior Inspector. Making everyone glare at Kang Jun Ho.

"We are planning to bring in all the suspects tomorrow at 8 pm in an operation where you will all be assigned a suspect to interrogate, gentlemen. That's all for now."

"Stop playing a goody two shoes, it might please the senior and superintendent, but it won't help you get along with the guys," said Inspector Cheol as they left the meeting room.

"I'm not trying to impress. I'm just doing my job," Jun Ho replied.

"Do your job a little less seriously if you want friends," Inspector Cheol advised.

"I don't want friends; I'm here to make sure the law is respected."

"Hey, the guys already hate your guts. Don't push it, and remember almost all of them are Sunbaes," warned Cheol Inspector.

"Oh, no, and this there it ain't going to work either, "he added as he looked at the end of the corridor where a beautiful woman stood wearing a white trench coat, a baby blue pencil skirt, and white high heels.

Jun Ho followed Cheol Inspector's gaze. The woman turned and smiled at the men as she made her way towards them.

"Ga Eun, what are you doing here?"

"I thought we could have lunch together," answered the woman.

"I'll be leaving you, Jun Ho, Hong Ga Eun Ssi. It was nice seeing you again," Inspector Cheol said, taking his leave.

"Where's Kang? Inspector Gyeong asked as Inspector Cheol entered their office.

"He is having lunch with Hong Ga Eun Ssi."

"Waaa, it must be great to be in his shoes. Not only he's the son of a senator, but he's also good-looking, and he has the daughter of the Hong byeongwon [hospitals] group swaying at his feet.

"I swear the woman is beautiful when she smiles. I feel like my heart is melting." Inspector Cheol added, placing both hands on his heart.
