i am a maze with only dead ends and i have no visitors for there is no entrance and i've lived my whole life like this, watching from afar as people with maps turned upside down try to find a right way to live in a world like this and hoping they are still breathing by the time they grasp the idea of it all but they forget i even exist and i have no right answers for them but i'd love to help if they ever noticed me just standing to the side quietly yet they walk right by and i have no courage to ask for directions myself

so i stay small and i stay quiet and i hope to one day find my own way out of my own self to finally find a home where it's not as burdened as this one.
