I placed the last book in my backpack, scared for what lied ahead. The door bell rang and I looked into the mirror for one last time. I hung my back pack over my shoulder opening the door.

Jacob looked up at me with a smile and I couldn't help but smile at him. "You ready?" he asked. I nodded, "Wait!"

We both turned around to see my mom,
phone in hand. "Let me just take a picture of you two!" she said. I sighed and posed for the picture.

"Have a good first day honey, if you need anything call me!" she yelled as I walked away.

I examined the text message Luna had sent me.
"Boo!" I jumped up slightly as I turned around to see who scared me. It was Loren, wearing a red sweatshirt and some ripped black jeans. "I totally scared her." she elbowed Jacob and he laughed.

"Where's Luna?" I asked curiously. "She's with the rest of the boys, on a search for the front office." she wiggled her eyebrows up and down. "Why?" Jacob asked. "Joey lost his schedule." she shrugged.

"Typical." I mumbled.

Seconds later I was bumped into. "Watch where you're going bitch." a female voice said as she scoffed. "Technically you bumped into me." I said.

I looked up to see a blonde haired girl with two brunette's behind her. "Come on Lydia, it's not good to stress, stress leads to pimples." one of the brunettes said.

"Wait oh my god, are you Hazel Moreno?" the other asked. I slightly nodded. "Oh my god, I'm Alex Brooks I lo-."

"Alex! Shut up!" the blonde, Lydia, whined. An angry expression all over her face, she examined me, up and down, then Loren.
When her eyes met Jacob a smirk met her lips. She looked up and down her with an evil smirk.

I could already tell this girl was going to be trouble.

"Is this even real food?" Hunter said as he picked at the food. "This is why you bring your own lunch." Loren said taking out a brown paper bag. "Hi Jacob."

This familiar voice of the blonde haired bitch said as she walked by batting her fake eyelashes. I rolled my eyes as she waved over at Jacob. Jacob wrapped his hands around my waist, "Don't worry babe."

He placed a gentle kiss on my cheek. "Get a room you two." Joey said as he covered his eyes with both hands.

We all laughed as Joey joked around. But half way I couldn't help but look over at Lydia and her friends. She ate a salad probably waning to stay in shape. She looked over at Jacob and then looked over at me. We locked eyes, seconds after staring at each other she rolled her eyes and I flipped her off.

She scoffed and I chuckled as she began to gossip to her friends.
