I watch his face as I asked the question, I know bringing up his name change is like risking your life. His name change is everything to him, it was his freedom...he changed, he has complete control over his own music which is what he's always wanted. My heart is bracing itself to jump out of my chest, oh my god he's just sitting there as still as a statue. Just like he did with the baby news, if he doesn't move soon I swear...
He finally looks up at me with a blank expression, then stands up. He shrugs his shoulders then starts walking back inside the house.
Oh god, I pissed him off.
"Baby..." I call out. But he only keeps going, he walks into the house and disappears out of my view. I fight with myself in my head whether I should go after him or let him have this time to himself.
"Don't be a dumbass Katherine, go after him." I say out loud to myself.
I start walking inside, slowly though as this whole situation as made me light headed. I reach the door, I get inside, closing the door. I look around for any signs for him, he's no where in sight. One thing I've come to know after years of being with this man, when he's mad and wants to get away from someone he's quick...it's like he teleports.
But I know exactly where he's gone, anyone with half a brain would know where he would be if he's upset. I walk down to the studio, I slowly make my way into the room and spot him sitting there with his headphones on, recording. Wow he doesn't waste time, I must've really pissed him off to the point he's come up with a song.
