Luna

I was left alone for the majority of the day, lost in thought as I ran over the things that had happened.  Indra's words stuck with me the most - well, minus Clarke's which were in my head permanently.  I sighed, I needed to let go.  But the problem was I didn't know how.  I sighed again, remembering Raven's concern, Octavia's threat and words, as well as Clarke's advice.

A soft knock that sounded almost unsure came to the door and I turned, walking off the balcony that was in my room as I called softly, "Come in."

Raven entered, carrying a bundle of what looked to be a few different items - including clothes and bandages.  Some of the odd things looked like they might be technology.

"Hey." I said quietly, unsure of myself.  The effect she had on me was unlike anything else.  Not even my houmon (husband/spouse) had had this effect on me.  He hadn't made me feel unsure yet like I could do anything at the same time.  This was so different.

"Hey." She said, glancing around, "This is a nice room." She said.

I smiled, "I don't deserve it." I said quietly.

"Don't talk like that!" She exclaimed, turning a bright pink afterward.

I chuckled, smiling slightly, "You can set your stuff down." I said, nodding to a small table by one of the two couches.

"Thanks." She said, laying it down.

I sat on the couch and gestured for her to join me, which she accepted.  "So why did you come?" I asked, waiting for her to bring my world crashing down.

"Well, I was going to come and just talk - get to know you better - maybe give you that demonstration I said I would earlier." She said, smiling, "Also Clarke told me I need to change your bandage while I'm here." She said, moving to get the bandages from where she'd set them down with the rest of her stuff.

I nodded and moved so that she could get to my arm better.  I knew enough to know that the cut would scar some, not terribly but it would be there.  Raven unwrapped the old bandages, grimacing when she saw the dried black blood that surrounded the cut.  Setting down the bandages she grabbed a couple other things that were most likely medical supplies, "Clarke warned me it might have bled some more." She said.

I nodded, "Are you okay?" I asked gently.

She nodded as she prepared the resources, "Yeah, I'm fine." She said.  Then looked up at me, her brown eyes meeting my eyes and my breath hitching, "Ready?"

I nodded, "Yeah." I said.  I guess I wasn't ready because when the substance brushed my cut I hissed, grimacing.  Raven's hand had flinched away.

"I'm so sorry." She said, her voice timid and I couldn't help but wonder whether it was normal for her to be this shy.

"It's fine.  Sorry." I said, steeling myself as she resumed.  It still stung and I guessed she was using alcohol instead of water like I thought she was but this time I kept all signs of pain off of my face and body.

After she'd finished washing away the blood she carefully wrapped it, making it snug but not painfully so.  "Done." She said, sounding proud of herself.

I smiled at her, scooting closer without realizing it.  "Thank you." I said.

She smiled back, "You're welcome." She said.  We leaned forward without realizing it and I saw her gaze flicker to my lips before returning to my eyes.  Unable to stop myself I closed the distance, our lips meeting.

She was still for a moment before she returned the kiss, biting my top lip gently at one point.  We both pulled away when we were out of breath, "Be my girlfriend?" She asked quietly.
