Luna

I grumbled in protest, much to my fiance's amusement, as a knock on our bedroom door interrupted our cuddling session (what did you think we were doing?).

Sighing, I slipped out of bed and walked over to the door, opening it enough to lean on the door frame.

I smiled slightly, "Hey Aden." I greeted.

He smiled, "Luna, if you two aren't too busy Lexa and Clarke have called a family meeting." He said.

I smiled, "Alright, we'll be right there." I ruffled his hair, making him grunt in protest and bat my hand away before dashing off.

Smiling, I slipped back into the room, "Our presence is requested for a family meeting." I said softly to my partner, who had sat up with her legs dangling over the side of the bed.

She sighed over dramatically, "Of course it is."

I shook my head fondly, smiling at her, "Come on.  The quicker we go the sooner we can ride Feather Storm and Ocean Breeze."

She lit up at that, practically bouncing off the bed, "Alright!  Let's go!"

I laughed as I followed her, keeping close to her as she practically ran.

We arrived in the dining hall, which seemed to be the family meeting place, to find Clarke, Lexa, Aden, Ontari, Lincoln, and Octavia were here.

"Are we the last ones?" I asked curiously.

"No, Murphy and Emori said they were coming.  Bellamy said he might...  So..." Clarke said.

I nodded.  The pair were curious to say the least.

I didn't know too much about them since they normally kept to themselves, but I knew they were both outcasts for one reason or another and that they were pretty much the only people that they trusted completely.  Murphy seemed like the protective one, despite Emori having more battle experience, while she seemed like the shier one around people.

Octavia snickered, "If my brother shows up then we'll all be shocked."

Murphy and Emori walked in at that moment, "Bellamy is here?" He asked, confused.

Octavia all out laughed now, "Yeah but you wouldn't know it.  He's always sneaking off with his secret girlfriend."

Emori nodded and I could see she was curious.  I offered her a smile and she returned it.  She did seem to be relaxing around us, albeit slowly.

We waited for a few minutes and just when we were all starting to think that Bellamy wasn't coming we heard the sound of racing footsteps.

"Are you sure?" A woman asked, nervous.

"Yes." Bellamy said.  Ontari's eyes had gone wide while Octavia's had narrowed as if thinking.

Then the two came in.

Bellamy, who I had only seen a couple of times, looked a bit worried while the woman that followed him in looked downright scared.

I knew I had seen her before and after a couple moments I recognized her.  Echo of Azgeda.  She had been one of Nia's generals, which is how I knew her.

Lexa had a small smirk at the stunned looks on everyone's faces minus Murphy and Emori who just gave everyone the same blank look I did, even Ontari's.  I didn't because I didn't know why everyone was so shocked.

Sure she was Azgeda, her attire giving that away clear as day, but the group of Skaikru in the room had never shown any hostility towards them other than Nia...

"Echo?" Octavia was the first one to snap out of her shock.

Bellamy shifted nervously, "Surprise?" He tried.

"Surprise!  Bell!  This is a lot more than a surprise!" Octavia said in disbelief.

I was still confused and looked at Raven, who's gaze was whipping between Octavia and Bellamy as if trying to decide how this would go.

"O, I know.  But please at least hear us out." Bellamy tried.

Octavia looked like, as Raven would say, she was "about to blow a fuse".

"Alright, yeah.  We'll hear you out.  Start talking." Clarke cut in, Octavia turning a wide eyed look to her oddly calm friend.  She held up her hands, "Just saying I was in a similar boat when I started dating Lexa."

I gave them all a puzzled look before looking to Bellamy as he started talking, "She contacted me shortly after Pike fell using a messenger hawk asking me to meet with her.  After some mental debating I went and we talked things out and kept meeting secretly.  When the tournament came around it was easy enough to convince Abby and Kane to let me come and we just met up during and after the celebrations, not like anyone would notice since there was so many of us."

Lexa's snicker made all of us look at her, she was still smirking, "I couldn't be sure because I didn't get a good enough look but I had my suspicions on Echo." She said lightly.

Clarke smacked her shoulder and she feigned hurt, "What the heck Lex!  You're supposed to tell me these things!"

"It wasn't my secret to tell..." Lexa pouted.

Clarke sighed, "You're impossible."

"And you love it."

"Or I love you."

"Or both."

"We are getting off track." Octavia broke in.

They snapped out of their trance and blushed, Clarke nodding to Bellamy, "Continue Bell."

"Right well...  After the tournament I got permission to stay in Polis so that it was easier to meet up and pretty much here we are."

We all nodded but Octavia still looked dumbfounded.  "So you throw a fit when I start dating Lincoln, you joined Pike in all his anti-other-Twelve-Clans ways, and then you go and start dating Echo, who helped blow up Mount Weather with our people in it?" She summed.

He thought over it before nodded, "Sounds accurate enough." Echo rolled her eyes.

With a soft sigh, the Azgeda spoke up, "All of you have your own reasons to hate me," As she said this she was looking at the Skaikru in the room and I didn't miss her glance at Bellamy, "but I hope we can work past it.  I don't expect it to be today, or this week, or even any time soon.  I just ask that you see from my view."

"And what is your view?" Raven asked, curious.

She sighed, "Azgeda are warriors, as you all know, but all of our warriors are trained to be loyal to their death.  To their superiors, to their King or Queen, and to their Commander." She sighed again, "My Queen, as much as I hated her, gave me the order for what to do at Mount Weather.  I didn't want to do it but I had no choice.  Under Nia's rule you did what you were told or you died." Ontari nodded in agreement.

Raven nodded, "Problem solved, welcome to the family Echo." She said, bouncing to my side again.

Echo looked shocked, "Just like that?"

"I have some history with...  Conflicting....  Points of view?" She wasn't sure how to end the sentence as she gave me a nervous smile.

I chuckled and shook my head, rolling my eyes, "Of course you'd reference that."

Raven rolled her eyes and elbowed me lightly, making me chuckle again.

Octavia shrugged, "I see what she means, I can forgive.  Welcome to the family Echo."

It was echoed (no pun intended) around the room before Clarke spoke up, "So who's up for a family road trip, all members included and welcome?"
