Natsu's POV

I sighed as I saw Lucy talking to him ..

She has been hanging around her boyfriend a LOT, not even bothering to take jobs with us anymore.

She was always smiling the way I used to make her smile....

She was always laughing with him. All her attention was on him...

And I hated it...

I love Luce....I'll admit that...but I dont have the guts to tell her...

Or at least I didn't....until that guy showed up...

I had burried my head into my scarf...

What jf she rejects me? Will this ruin our friendship!? Will she hate me!?

I sighed....maybe..I shouldn't...

I looked back at the couple, and saw how happy she was.

I sighed and walked out of the guild, not bothering to look back..

The pain in my heart was too much...

Lucy's POV

I kept my eyes on Natsu, as he walked out of the guild...

Man I really want to talk to him...

But I need to get over him first, that's why I got a boyfriend...

He doesn't feel the same way about me as I feel for him. Natsu only sees me as his team mate...nothing more....nothing less...

Narrator's POV

Days turned into weeks, and weeks turned into months....

Slowly there friendship was a thing of the past.

Both Natsu and Lucy have ignored each other.

Never having a reason to go talk to each other.

Unlike before, when they would talk about the smallest things...

Natsu would take solo missions, not wanting anyone's company....

Lucy would go on missions by herself as well, sometimes her boyfriend tagged along...

But it wasn't the same...

It's always more fun when we're together... Natsu thought....

Natsu's POV

I was sitting on the stairs that lead to Lucy's Apartment....should I go in?

I'm sick and tired of not talking to her...and the fact that I'm in love with her.....just makes everything worse...

I walked up the stairs, and turned the knob, seeing it was unlocked, not even bothering to knock.

I walked in and what I saw made my blood boil.

Lucy was sleeping, cuddling with her boyfriend....

I violently stomped over to them and pushed the guy off of her bed.

He woke up startled and before he could say anything, he got a face full of my fist.

"GET THE HELL OUT BEFORE I KILL YOU!" I yelled anger completely taking over me.

He cowered in fear and quickly ran to the door shutting it on his way out.

"Natsu!? What the hell was that for!? You just scared away my boyfriend!" Lucy exclaimed.

Here goes nothing...

"I dont want you seeing him.." I said looking away.

She looked confused but mad..."WHY NOT HE IS MY BOYFRIEND! YOU CANT TELL ME WHO I CAN SEE AND NOT SEE! I HAVE EVERY RIG-" I cut her off as I yelled.

"BECAUSE IM JEALOUS OKAY!?" I sighed.."I'm Jealous.."

She looked confused...and I closed my eyes blurting everything out before I chickened out..."I love you!"

I looked to see her expression and she was looked down...shit...

"I-I'm sorry! Your hate me dont you! Dam it..." Tears began to build up in eyes...my heart hurting so bad...

Huh...I'm crying over a girl....never thought I'd see the day....

I turned to walk out as I wiped my tears away. Stupid I was so stupid...

I knew she didnt like me like that.....stup-"Wait!!" Luce said.

As I was about to walk out the door.

I turned to look at her and she had a smile on her face. "I love you too dummy!" She said as she jumped into my arms.

"Really!?" I said shocked.

She nodded giving me kisses all over my cheeks.

I was laughing and spun her around, happy she was finally mine...

Finally....mine.
