It's been a while since this happened but since y'all recommended it I wanted to say my thoughts on it

The whole 'take a knee' thing started with Colin Kapernick when he took a knee during the national anthem to protest against the inequality happening in the black community. Now since then Colin hasn't been playing football because no one wants to pick him

But ALMOST A YEAR LATER following his lead a lot of players on other football teams have taken a knee during the national anthem to protest also

Now I loooove the fact that these player are coming together and bringing light to the issues going on in society especially since at their games the have soo many people watching I feel proud like a proud mother. I think all sports should get involved because the more people that are aware of what's going on we can finally start to see change.

I was laughing at the racist wypipo online saying that "sports is not a place for political actions"
Why not the players have a right to protest peacefully or does that not apply when you have a jersey on🤔 it's so obvious that white people hate being reminded of what they do to us on a daily basis they hate being called out. Lol

But I don't like the fact the Kapernick is STILL not on a team after all these players protesting it's not fair to him at all

I'm not even going to get into what that bum tr*mp said because everything that comes out that things mouths is trash
