Cultivating Steps: (Each stage has a set amount of levels and gets more difficult to progress the higher up you go)

(6 Levels) First Stage//Blood Qi Stage: Strengthening the body's constitution by absorbing the qi from outside the body and refining it through the blood.

(8 Levels) Second Stage//Skeleton Qi Stage: Strengthening the bones and organs with Qi.

(10 Levels) Third Stage//Dantain Sea Stage: Absorb the Qi in the surroundings to fill the Dantain Sea.

(12 Levels) Fourth Stage//Dantain Seed Stage: Condense the Dantain Sea, refining the Qi.

(The Levels for this stage varies on each person depending on their set amount of Elements) Fifth Stage//Nascent Soul: Circulating the Qi into the Spiritual Sea to expand until a replica is formed. This stage can allow a Cultivator to leave their body. (Some even were able to create multiple Nascent Souls and even form flesh to create Dopplegangers)

Yang Mei: 

This is the type of outfit that she'll be mostly wearing later on which makes a lot of people disdain her. A woman shouldn't reveal that much skin in their kind of society but of course it's easier for her to move with less burdensome clothes and she has thick skin. ;) 

Mei's Mother:

Without revealing any spoilers: Mei's mother has many different images but mostly she's seen as this last image. A very serene and loving woman.

Of course his hair is longer than this and he wears a dress to imitate a female but the face is similar to what I'm looking for.
