It's been 3 years. 3 years 11 months and 20 days, to be exact. I heard from her friends that she took the surgery. I sighed, pushing my glasses up and continued studying for the upcoming exam.
"You know, burying yourself in your textbooks won't help you memorize. It'll just strain your brain."
I heard a familiar chuckle. I looked up at her. She was smiling at me, the same angelic smile I used to love. "Jihyo.." I muttered and she smiles wider, if that's even possible. "Glad you still remember me, Y/N-ah." She holds the tray tightly as she served my drink. "Mina's with you?" She asks, making my expression sullen. "Ah..yeah." I say, making her nod. "Well, I'll go first. I still have to serve some tables." She says. "W-Wait..!" I let out as she stopped. "A-Are you free?.....after your shift?" I ask, making her chuckle again. "hmm..Yeah. I don't have any plans unless binge-watching dramas with popcorn counts as a plan." She laughs at her own statement. "Can I..take you out later?" I say..
