Izuku would probably try to fight someone just go train and get better at controlling his quirk but barely win the fight with DOZENS of bruises, scratches and even one broken bone that wasn't caused by his quirk. Izuku would most likely keep apologizing to you while you cover his injuries and clean his wounds as he whines,

He'd fight anyone just to prove how powerful and intelligent he is. He'd fight All Might himself if he wanted to but ultimately lose that fight. So instead he picked a fight with Todoroki which didn't go so well. He ended up with minor burns and cuts.

Katsuki recklessly picked a fight with him behind the school and it ended with an enrage Katsuki and irritated Todoroki almost killing each other in the fight. He got into a fight with TestuTestu for absolutely no reason. It wasn't because one of them pissed the other off or something bad, they just wanted to fight to prove themselves like that! Kirishima ended up with A LOT of bruises and even a black eye!
