Well this Poem A Day Collection is at its end. I finished early so I can kick back and enjoy the holidays with my family. Thank you everyone at the Poet's Pub for a great challenge and a great year!
I did want to explain a few things though before I go.
For December I did something different. If you haven't noticed- the last line in each poem lent wording to the first line of the next. Until and including the bonus poem but excluding the tapestry poem on the 31st - the first line anyway.
But the last line of the bonus poem is the first line of the December 1st poem.
Now - on December 27th I started my tapestry poem. This is a series of 4 poems when put together right make up the 5th poem on December 31st.
Also the first letter of each line of the four poems spell out this phrase - "Reach these dreams inside of yourself" (when they are together in one poem)
And the first word of each line in all 4 poems says this - "Revive every artistic call. Hear the heart echo into nothing save inspiration - determined energy operating fully. See electricity dancing round every action making sound yawn, opening up - receive spirit enlightened- longing forever."
