We pay the taxi driver and we go into our apartment.

Sarah - This could work, I like the layout! Elise - Same, I'm also glad that it's close to everything. We take about a hour to unpack and get everything situated. Then we try and decide what place to go to for shopping! Elise - They have a mall, and it looks like the mall isn't that far away from here. Sarah - We could go to a mall in Michigan, we should try something different. Do they have maybe something a little bit unordinary? Elise - Good idea, let me see.... We could just go down town and walk around, there are a bunch of stores just on like the street. Sarah - sounds like a plan! We start to walk towards downtown, as we are walking I see the guy who helped us with the taxi. Elise - OMG!!! Sarah! It's that guy! I nod my head in his direction. Sarah - ... let's just keep walking. We shouldn't bug him. Elise - No! You like him, and out of the whole city of New York City you see him again. You have to go talk to him or I will. Sarah looks at me, her look says "Thankful, but also angry and confused." She starts to walk over to him and I follow her but a good way away. Sarah - Hi, are you the guy who helped me and my friend with the taxi earlier today? Guy - ummm, I think so.... maybe? I'm not sure I would have to see your friend as well. I see a lot of people in New York, I can't remember every single one. Sarah - Oh! Yeah, I mean right. There are a lot of people. But umm... so like you are the guy who help us and I was, I was just like ummm.... I just wanted to say thank you, if it weren't for you we wouldn't have gotten to our apartment. Guy - Yeah, no problem, Have a nice day now. I see he starts to walk away, I run over to Sarah. Elise - Why is he leaving? What did you say?? Sarah - I told him thanks for helping us today. Elise - And?!?! Sarah - That's all I said! I look at Sarah in the eyes and I can tell she is hurt. I look at the guy who is now waiting to cross a street. I knew I had to do something but I didn't know what exactly to do.
