New Beginnings...
I felt like my life was over. My mom didn't remember me. I talked to Sadie for hours, I cried and she just patted my back. She had been more of a friend in those hours then my four years with Chloe. Sadie was so loving all I wanted to do was hug her constantly.
Grandma and Grandpa finally got here. They, along with Winona explained everything to her. She cried a lot. I wanted to hug her but I knew she wasn't mine to hold. She didn't know me. They targeted that she thought she was nineteen years back, two years before I was born. The police came by to examine the situation, they don't think my mom is emotionally stable to take care of me. I am supposed to go to court to determine what is to be done with me. It was tomorrow.
Sadie and aunt Winona had been staying with me for the past week. Was it a choice to move in with them? If so I would do it. Sadie has hugged me as I cried to sleep every night. Right now they were the only ones keeping me stable.
"Ok so I am thinking navy and professional!" Sadie exclaimed as she searched my closet. I rolled my eyes playfully.
"Sadie the court date is tomorrow." I told her with a chuckle.
"Yes it is, and we will be spending all the time with makeup." She said firmly, I laughed at her.
"Sadie I am going to court not a date." She pushed a few dresses out of the way examining one lace navy dress.
"Maybe we could bribe the judge to just let you go." She informed me. I gasped.
"Sadie!" I yelled. She laughed loudly. "I will do my own makeup, I'm scared of what you'll do." She paused at the sight of a tight navy dress with white lace around the collar. She hummed in delight. "Sadie in that I'll either look like a stripper or a lawyer!"
"Perfect combination!" She exclaimed. We both died laughing. Aunt Winona walked in smiling.
"What is so funny?" She asked happily. Sadie held up the dress while still laughing. "Oh wow, quite the dress, it's sexy and well... polite." That pushed us on edge I fell onto my bed holding my stomach. Sadie dropped to the floor holding her stomach, too.
"Ow, it hurts!" She exclaimed several tears escaping her clenched eyes as she continued to laugh. "Ow ow ow ow ow!"
I was crying, too. Aunt Winona just stood there confused. "I don't get what's so funny?" She said. (Lol Winona is me.)
After several minutes of laughing we stood up gasping for air. Both of our faces were flushed. Aunt Winona just stood there with her arms crossed. "Are you done yet?" We nodded in response.
"We said that the dress looked like a strippers dress and a lawyers dress and I thought that was the perfect combination." We both lightly snickered. Winona looked at us like we were crazy.
"I don't get it, why was that so funny?" She asked.
"It just was!" Sadie exclaimed.

When was the last time I was so happy? Right now I was pretty ecstatic, joyful, happy, elated, bright, free, excited, content, merry, carefree, cheery, lucky, fortunate, delighted, pleased, inclined, and good. I felt so good!
