Accidental marriage

Chapter 41

Randhir's pov
Last night after talking to sanyukta I was  at peace I don't know it was like everything would eventually be okay. But still I thought to go and talk to dad. He was in his study to I went there and knocked on gate and when he said come in I went in and then he looked towards and waited for me to speak I just went and sat at the chair opposite to him and  then I said " dad I know you love kaustuki alot but we cannot allow her to do this stupid thing . Dad she is so young she is in medical college and has full career infront of her how can she get married at this age " and then I stopped and went near to his chair held his hand and kneeled on ground and continued" dad please it's a request do not let this marriage happen , already once we have seen the result of a quick decision last time and we are still paying the price of it please this time let's not do that" and with that I left.
When I came out I saw sanyukta standing there she just smiled and came up to me and asked" so what did dad say?"and I just replied " nothing I just said what I had to say and came out " and the we went to the  living room where everyone was waiting for dad to come and tell his decision. And then after sometime my father came and went kept kaustuki's hand in jignesh's hand and said yes to their marriage and also announced their engagement in two days and their wedding as the same day as Parth and Kaustuki as it was a very auspicious day and then I decided that it was of no use to stay here so I told sanyukta that I am going to office and with that I just left.

Sanyukta's pov
After Randhir left kaustuki came to me and said "where is bhai ?" And I replied " he left for office and I should also be going " and I was about to go to my room and get my things when kaustuki said " aren't you happy for me bhabhi? " and I just turned back and said " kaustuki if you were marrying someone that my husband approved of I would have been happy  for you but right now I can't be because your brother does  not like this relationship and honestly neither do I " and I just took my things and then went to office.
At office I saw Randhir  working so much that he didn't even had one minute break and I knew he was doing this to divert his attention but I knew this would not help him as in two days the engagement is there and now he needs to accept this relationship.
So I  went in to his office and said " Randhir I know you are angry at everyone but you know what love does to a person better than anyone . Randhir kaustuki loves Jignesh and we can not change and even if dad would have no she is so crazy in love with him that she could done anything ,I know you love her but the only way now is to make sure that Jignesh does not hurt her in anyway that's the only way or we might loose kaustuki " I just sighed as he didn't even look up so I just quietly went to my cabin.
I entered my cabin and saw Vidhushi there and asked her " what are you doing here ?" She replied " Umm did you talk to randhir were you able to convince him ?" And then I looked at her and asked " why are you asking this " and then she said " because even Parth does not support this relationship and with both of them being so angry how will we prepare for the engagement sanyukta and more they are the brothers of the bride and groom, what if they don't attend the engagement what will everyone say " I sighed and said " don't worry they will come to the engagement but yes I don't know when will they accept this relationship " she just got up and started going out and said " I hope that this time everything goes smoothly " and then she left . Even I was worried about the same thing I didn't even know what to expect now.
Two Days just passed by , me and Vidhushi somehow prepared everything for the engagement on time but Randhir and Parth were still angry they avoided everything for the last two days and have spent most of the time in the office but randhir did assure me that he and Parth will come to engagement on time. Right now I am on my way to the engagement hall as we wanted to check the arrangements one last time before everyone got there and as soon as I got there I saw Vidhushi talking to the decorators and she looked stunning.

I went to her and said " you look were very beautiful today" and she just smiled and said " thank you , you also looks beautiful today."

I just replied " thanks "
" Actually you both look georgous " and I turned to see randhir and Parth and randhir came to me said " see I am on time " and I just smiled and said " I am so happy thank you" and then I saw rehaan and Vanya enter and Vanya also looked georgous.

And soon everyone started to come and then it was time for the engagement and I went to take kaustuki and as soon as I entered I saw kaustuki smile so much that I clicked a pic and sent it to randhir and called him and said " randhir look at her smile she is so happy and I know you don't like Jignesh but for this smile we have to do whatever we can even if it is to allow her to marry him" and he just sighed and said " you know I have never seen her this happy and if this is what makes her happy then I will do whatever I can to make this marriage perfect for her " and after that I went kaustuki and told her it time to go and she just smiled looked one last time in the mirror and with that we left for the engagement .

When we reached the stage everyone was so happy and then kaustuki and Jignesh made each other were the rings and I just held Randhir's hand and said " I am very proud of you "
