I woke up 3 in the morning, feeling the warm hug from the guy beside me. Oh I really can't believe it, I'm spending my days and nights with my instant boyfriend for three days now. And fuck Beatriz, you just allowed him to kiss you. Not so you girl, not so you. Everything flashbacked from the moment I spilled my coffee to him, seatmates and moments from the plane ride, the time I agreed to stay with him in his hotel, when I accepted his offer to be his girlfriend, the moments we shared exploring Coron and the very first time our lips met. I felt like there were butterflies in my stomach. Arg bakit ka kinikilig Bea. I shook off my thoughts and slowly got off from his hug.
I got up from bed and started preparing for my clothes. Thirdy told me last night that we will be having our next adventure a bit far from town. So I took a bath afterwards put on my comfy clothes, a high waist denim shorts, paired with white spaghetti strap top and white Converse shoes.
I went beside Thirdy and tried to wake him up. I lightly tap his cheek, "Babe, wake up na. It's already 3:30, we might get late." He slowly opened his eyes and smiled widely. He hurriedly got up and gave me a peck on my cheek. "Good morning to you, too." I said kahit di naman sya nag good morning.
While he was taking a bath, I prepared my things. He told me that I don't have to bring swimming attire. Saan na naman kaya ako dadalhin ng lalaking to? So I put my shades, white cap, instax and camera inside my bag and extra white shirt.
Then I grabbed my phone, this was the very first time I checked my phone after I talked to my Mom. 100+ missed calls and 200+ text messages, it all came from someone I was avoiding then. Paanong nakalimutan ko sya simula noong nakasama ko si Thirdy? I did not bother to check the messages and just put my phone inside my bag.
Thirdy went out of the shower room wearing his denim shorts and white tshirt. He really looks so cute on his messy wet hair. He sat beside me on the couch and put on his white Nike SB Zoom Stefan Janoski shoes. I was drying my hair then. "Babe, where are we going ba? Why do we need to wake up this early?" I said while yawning.
"Secret Baby, you'll see later." He said then wink. I slapped his arm and stood up. "Aray naman Babe, bakit kailangan mamalo?" I laughed when I saw his reaction, ang lakilaki nyang tao pero konting hampas lang nagiinarte na agad.
I went to the kitchen and prepared our light breakfast. I turned on the coffee maker and toast the sandwiches that we bought last night. "Babe, for your coffee, do you want me to put some creamer and sugar or do you prefer a plain black." I asked him.
"Baby, with creamer and sugar please."
I did not imagine myself doing this for someone, ako kasi yung lagi pinagsisilbihan. But I can't really explain my feelings, I am happy doing this. Oh oh Beatriz, iba na ata yan.
I arranged the coffee and sandwiches on the mini bar and called Thirdy for us to eat na, he sat beside me and say our meal prayer. "Thank you for preparing the breakfast Babe." Then he kissed my cheek.
I looked at him while he was sipping his coffee and waited for his reaction, I am not really good in making one. "Pogi ko ba Babe?" He said then smile. "But kidding aside, your coffee is so good Baby, walang wala yung mga known coffee shops. Pang wife material na ah." He winked and gave me a peck on my cheek then started munching his sandwich.
"Bolero, but you're welcome tho." Nasasanay na ata ako sa sweet gestures nya. And I started eating my food, too. One thing I like about Thirdy, I always see and feel sincerity to his actions. He is indeed a great guy.
