Ch. 35: A Mess of Emotions

[Jaemin POV]

"eXcUsE mE...!?!?!"

Jaemin was taken aback.

"Pfft! I was just kidding!" Renjun laughed. "Jeno would kill me."

"Mhm," Jaemin agreed fiercely.

"By the way, how is he not your boyfriend yet?" Renjun asked. "Or did the talk with Eunwoo and Binnie-hyung change things..?"

"Well... I know about Lami now...and how Jeno and Jisung broke up after Jisung became aware of what Jeno was doing to his feelings."

"And..?"

"They told me that Jisung confused protecting me with liking me, basically. Also that Lami is Jisung's best friend."

"Ahhh," the older nodded in approval. "That's basically the big picture. Jeno's probably healed since you've come around. I haven't seen him join us in class happily since Seolbyul passed away. Plus, did I mention that Jisung's a top around you, but his true form is a bottom around me?"

"oH mY gAwSh STaHp IT!"

Jaemin took a moment to stare at the lockers in the hallway, organized and crisp. It gave a nice contrast to the mess of feelings they had.

"No but really, no kissing okay? Jeno's gonna kill me!" Jaemin laughed.

Renjun giggled, "Chenle and Jisung would never talk to me again, so I would rather keep them around."

"So you don't want me around~?" Jaemin exaggerated a cute pout, joking with the older.

"Ew, no! Stay far away of you're gonna be like that!" Renjun couldn't stop laughing at Jaemin's cringey face.

"Arrasseo," Jaemin grinned.

"Now let's go over the plan again. I'll show you around the academy campus to the places the carnival will take place," Renjun gestured with his head.

"I swear. If you three aren't together by the end of this, I'm going to toss you all out the window."

"Reolli?"

"I mean, I may have to buff up, depending on your eating habits."

"YAH! Do you not see my noodle limbs?!" Renjun wiggled his arms.

"Is that why you're not straight?" Jaemin raised his eyebrows.

After a meanacing few hours of probably being eye-fucked by most of the students at school, Jaemin rushed to the cafeteria to eat.

Jisoos.
Maybe having Taeyong pick out my outfit was a horrible idea.
I can't believe two guys asked me out today?!

Jaemin was still contemplating that the heck he was going through currently. It was weird to turn down guys he didn't even know. Usually, he wouldn't even talk to anyone in schools like these.

Then again, this academy was weird as fuck. ( cause like, does your school usually have this many hot guys? )

"Hey Nana."

Jaemin looked up and smiled.

"Hey Nono!"

Jeno sat to his right, messy blonde hair paired with a black leather jacket. Jaemin couldn't lie that he just wanted to have Jeno aggressively attack his face...

Jisoos. Maybe he should've asked Josh for a gallon of holy water earlier. ( though it's fair to say that the readers need it too. )

"Are you cheating on me already?" Jeno joked, eyebrow raised.
